Westcasino delay in payment 10000

I won €14,000 on West Casino and continued playing while waiting for account verification. However, I kept losing until I was down to €5,000, then managed to recover to €9,500. I decided to stop playing until my account was verified.

West Casino has repeatedly asked for the same documents multiple times, such as my passport photo with visible corners, passport in hand, and original EXIF data. Despite sending everything they requested, they claimed they couldn't open .heic files, so I sent .jpg files instead.

Now, two weeks later, they’ve asked for the same documents again. This has happened three times, with each response taking two weeks. I’m stuck waiting for verification and feel frustrated by the process.

I just want tell my frustrations here and warn other players.

Here is a screenshot from another forum where WestCasino tells its affiliates about licensing changes. I haven't looked into what that BetMaximus is all about, but from the screenshot, it seems the same operation as WestCasino. So i think it's best to avoid that one too.
