    Hi Guys,

first of all i play MT Securetrade Limited and RIZK is pretty much my favorite casino ever, BUT i wanted to try out
Ikibu which is a sister casino, but because i'm on a break at Chance Hill (which is also a sister casino) i asked them
if it's possible to open an account there if i'm on a break at Chance Hill.

The chat said to me that this is not allowed. I received the same answer from Shadow Bet.

But in the same period my break at Guts ended and i was allowed to re-open the account.

I played often at Rizk.... Am i now in danger if i play at ANY of those casinos as long as i'm on a break at Chance Hill?

    Thanks for claryfing.

This is a list of all casinos that belong to MT Securetrade

    Hi Guys,

can someone confirm this? So far i only knew that Everymatrix acts like this. And i find it weird that i'm allowed ro "reopen an account that was on break" but not allowed to open a "new Account" at a different casinos.

Having a break and self exclude is two different things, and besides you're not in the uk which mean you have different rules.
What you should do is ask each casino and be clear if you have self excluded or not...and then stop doing that if you still want to play, just close the accounts instead.
Also speak to reps here is a good idea. They often know better than those in support.

I never excluded, i always took the option of a break with a specific timeframe.
