Weird issue - Charms of the Emerald Girl (Playtech)

I decided to play this awful slot against my best judgement as it was part of a Coral promotion. It was play £20 and get a random cash bonus of £2-50 with 5x WR (from memory)



The game plays terrible, I Lost the majority of the £20 I wagered and then got the minimum bonus and Lost that too. I played on a little as I was curious if the bonus feature could redeem this game. It didn't, in fact it's probably the worst bonus feature I've seen, 15 free spins where instead of the reels rolling in, each symbol appears one by one to give some kind of suspense? well it only paid £10.xx on 30p a spin so not great.



Now at this point I am well and truly done with this game, I press the Close game button while the "Congratulations you won £10.xx on free spins" was displayed. Except in the lobby I notice i'm missing the win from my balance..*sigh* went back into the game but no evidence of the win remained. I had the longest most painful chat with support where they didn't quite grasp what I was telling them what happened.



They eventually escalated to technical / referred to vendor Playtech on the 18th, not heard anything since but do have a case number.



Has anyone ever had similar?

Its not a Playtech game by the way, no info on the loading screen but I think its CR Games, Ladbrokes & Corals in-house developer.

This is the thing, I checked the gaming history and the win from the feature does not show. I assume because I quit the game while the feature was technically still active.

As I understand playtech games I play them a lot. During free spins if you get a win on the first spin it automatically adds it to your balance then same for second spin and so on, so at the end of the round the amount won is already in your balance IE balance £10.25 before free spins start, first spin you win 25 pence that gets added right away so on your second spin your balance is £10.50, second spin you win £2.50 that's added straight away again so you balance on the third spin in £13, and so on. At end of the feature all it basicly shows you is how much has been added already to your balance.

I would not be surprised if it isn't a Playtech game. The support barely grasp what I'm asking them 99% of the time.

What I don't get is that Spike gaming have a few blatant, but very poor, copies of some Novomatic games and then a plethora or really poor slots. Now I kind of know the guy that runs it (ex colleague I believe) and I'm surprised at how bad they are. I'm even more surprised that companies that make such poor content can continue to exist....

I really should have my own company .

They also claimed it was charm of the Eastern girl, I said no it's definitely emerald but they insisted and said to check the gaming history and sure enough it shows as

Did you check to see if the game that they are quoting you as playing exists? If it does then they have a problem in their back office.

I couldn't find that game, so not sure where that even comes from, but the bit of text "pop_chrmsmrldgrl_ari" appears to be an abbreviation for emerald girl.

I reproduced this issue and took a screen recording. BUT the difference is, I went back into the game and the win screen was still being displayed. the win didn't show in my gaming transaction history until I played another spin. Not sure if this helps my case or not tbh..
