For all I know this may also affect all the other CasinoEuro/Betsson brands using Swiftvoucher.

Anyways I tried to deposit some pounds at Mr Smith with Visa yesterday, just for the whole process to freeze before the last step where you transfer the funds from the icheque to the casino account.

I got the confirmation email from Swiftvoucher and saw my card was charged, and contacted Mr Smith CS with screenshots and everything, but they just told me I have to wait at least 7 business days to have the money returned to my card. They also implied that this was not a one off issue.

So if you got a budget you are planning to use on gambling in the hollydays do not deposit it at Mr Smith unless you are willing to risk having them frozen for a week or two.

I had problems with unibet, but it was a debit card not credit.

I would deposit, and it would say it wasn't successful, then when i checked online banking the money had been taken off.

When I questioned unibet, they gave me some cock and bull story about using euros when i should be using GBP (i'll play in what ever currency I like tbh)

What annoyed me was the fact that unibet were clearly getting the money from my bank, and it was verified and sent by mastercard only to hang onto it for over a week and return it to me.

Never did get to the bottom of it, it happened several times and I gave up trying to play there.

gosh ive never had this problem with unibet how odd. should have been more helpful to you in the customer services definately.

I was stupid enough to deposit there again, and same thing happened.

However this times after talking to like 3 different live chat reps i found one that actually investigated things thoroughly for with the payments team, and they managed to load the swiftvoucher icheque to my casino account.

And i managed to make a nice little cashout from it :)
