Warning about high chance of SCAM/FRAUD casino targeting AU and NZ players

I've played online casinos in Australia for decades and I got to hand it to this Operator they know what us players want!

We have had to deal with the illegal “Licensed” scumbags of the casino space since the 2017 legislation changes and I’ve got to say it’s refreshing that this operator knows what will keep their OZ customers coming back and its not rocket science!

  • Be paid out fast! <snip>
  • Play fair games with correct RTP without hassle! You can all have your sentiment about the game tampering but personally I don’t care where the game is served from or whether it’s from original or licensed providers! They just need to be fair and be set to the RTP stated. The fact is the “legit” game providers have just as much ability to tamper with the RTP levels then a casino using copied variants to get around region blocks. If you actually think the “licensed” providers like pragmatic are regularly audited by true unbiased 3rd parties you need to open your eyes to this corrupt industry in general! What I don’t agree with is the intellectual property breaches, but I can see passed it knowing Aristocrat actively lobby to make sure online regulation never occurs – they have it to good with the monopoly of physical slots in every club and pub in Oz. As for the Maltese Mafia Rep for Pragmatic not getting his cut - maybe they should keep updating their Black/Grey Market brand Igrosoft with the latest titles!
I know this operator has circumnavigated the traditional way of doing things so as to get around the blocks imposed by the brick-and-mortar casino barons who fill legislators’ pockets to stop any kind of online regulation. I urge you to rethink and do your own research on what a “license” issued from Curacao or Malta entails. I’ll save you some time and tell you they aren’t worth the paper they are written on! I’ve been ripped off more times than I can count by “licensed” illegal operators and not once has my complaint to the industry heads in Malta or Curacao even acknowledged me or the 10000’s of others that are conned daily and complain. Whether it’s the max daily withdrawals operators hide the Blatant stalling of withdrawals or the bonus terms they hide away so players breach max bet rules or play a game that has been blacklisted! The fact the games are already designed to take our money so why do so many of these licensed operators still mislead? How greedy do you have to be!

You only need to look at the likes of Crown Casino the biggest land-based casino in oz and the illegal activities they were doing for over a decade in plain sight of regulators to understand just how corrupt the gambling industry is in our own country let alone the likes of Curacao or Malta. A quick google search tells me that a Curacao license can be had for 20,000 euro and a full-blown licensed casino can be had for 60,000 euro enabling whoever has the funds to acquire a piece of paper with a stamp of approval allowing them to illegally let Australians play on the software without recourse!

It’s apparent to me that operator isn’t like the 1000’s of illegal “licensed” white labels that softwiss/softgaming continue to let use their platform and rebrand once word gets round of their dodgy business practices. It’s also apparent they are 1000x better then the likes of wpokies who run copies and just flatout rip people off with the games not playing right and withdrawals taking months. It’s no wonder this operator has made its mark in such a small amount of time because they are everywhere on socials and players have been vocal in the groups, I’ve seen countless posts and comments about others positive experiences because its just not the norm we are used to! I personally don’t think they will last long before authorities block them, but my hope is it makes the “licensed” illegal operators take notice!

If you still don’t understand what I’m trying to say - you only need to read how the poster above (bigbadbenny) has tried to take advantage of this rogue operator by lying to their live chat about game glitches to get free bonuses! It’s idiots like that who ensure only the crooks remain! Tell me which illegal “licensed” casino would simply issue $50 for a reported glitch? I’ll bet 10000’s the answer is 0 as I’ve reported dozens of glitches over the years to softswiss and softgaming operators and not once have I received compensation.

I had to reread you post a few times to make sure this was not a shill post. I snipped the part about playous since that was a leaning on the side of shilliness, but let the remainder be.

One thing that I would argue here is your apathy towards the theft of intellectual property. That is a clear indicator of criminal actiivity. And further - yes, you are playing games that are clearly manipulated by the operator. You have to have screws loose if you don't see that.

If you are so concerned about the mafia working out of Malta - well, this is doubly as bad. I really don't understand the apologist attitude here for crooks stealing funds from Aussie punters.

That said - that's a pretty well thought out post for a newbie poster who has been playing for decades but has never opened an account here before.

As Casinomeister said definitely a well though out post with a lot of detailed information for someone that has only just registered and a first post, makes me wonder if you are someone involved in actually operating the site or one of the streamers promoting it.

Considering you know how corrupt PP are (pretty sure there are other threads with people having the same theory) I would say you are probably a streamer and have enjoyed what other people refer to as "streamer RTP". Have been gambling online for over a decade and doing research about providers and operators as I have played and you are the first to highlight a link between PP and Igrosoft so you seem to know more than I do, I am guessing Igrosoft have some link to IGTech which is the limited selection of PP games for AU.

Aristocrat and Crown are in their own league when it comes to filling politicians pockets to make sure regulated internet gambling never comes to AU but that is still no excuse for defending a clearly fake RNG/game server.

I have added my 2c to quite a few threads here where people don't believe all the providers are 100% random, especially once you have a VIP flag on your account where it becomes a lot more controlled to win more often with 2 - 10k withdrawals but make sure you don't win anything in the 6 digit mark because they know all those withdrawals will just go back in anyway but once again that is still no reason to defend a 100% rogue/pirated server.

Softswiss casino's I agree that there is something that manipulates the RTP once you start betting big, only the streamers seem to win on big bets while my balance goes from deposit to $0 in record time and if I am lucky to actually hit a feature on a big bet, ends up being a 10 - 20x every time. Countless photos of people winning a 4 digit and even some 5 digit wins when betting only $1 but i struggle to get a 5k cash out when my average bet would be $10 and sometimes even bet as high as $50 - $100.

Wpokies and the rest of the 100% fake ones are more of less same as thepokies, only difference is thepokies is trying to build up a reputation to all the people watching the streamers so they want positive comments by players on Facebook to try get new players to join. Wonder what will happen to someone who is somehow lucky enough to try withdraw 50 - 100k, gets given the middle finger and tries to complain on a Facebook group about it. I guarantee one of the group mods who also has a link to thepokies will make sure their comment gets deleted in record time and the person get booted from the group so no one sees the negative review.

In your own words a Curacao casino can be started with a 60k euro investment so when someone operates a completely rogue one like this one whats the odds of a player being able to withdraw 60k+ ? Sure heaps of the players on Facebook will get their $200 - $2000 withdrawals to keep the positive posts coming for a while and get more players but how long till there are enough players and RTP on everyone's accounts can be switched to 10% ?

I can't even believe this site is still up with how blatant the fraud and intellectual property theft is. The Aristocrat games were removed shortly after this thread went up. Probably a cease and desist notice. I'm involved with the online gambling streaming community a bit and moderate for a couple of channels. This site has been on the radar in the community since it first surfaced. A few of us have already notified aristocrat, pragmatic and a few other providers but I'm not sure what power they have to do anything about it. I encourage others to contact the providers too.

I think a bunch of people here know the streamer who is responsible for creating this site. He really put himself out in the open. By promoting it out of the blue as soon as the site was created on his facebook groups and on twitch. The person in question has become fairly wealthy during the last couple of years as a result of this theft and deceiving fellow punters, a lot of whom are completely oblivious about the whole situation and pay money out of their pockets to subscribe and support the guy on twitch. It's disgusting and I hope more streamers and people involved in the community shed more light on this and raise awareness. This stuff is unacceptable and should not go ignored.

One of the possible suspected streamers involved has recently disappeared along with his affiliate page (prob due to AFP/ACMA investigation, my guess anyway).

His young friend however seems to still be alive streaming and as far as I know was the first of the streamers to promote this dodgy site.

I looked at his facebook page today. The guy has been promoting "mental health awareness" now and acting like he cares. I almost threw up. Maybe trying to help his conscience surely..

A big percentage of the people flushing money down the drain by playing his rigged website have a mental health issue, gambling addiction. So, if he really cared at all about mental health, he would have never created such a scheme. If he really wanted to help people who are in a mental health crisis, he'd steer those vulnerable people away to at least gamble on a "fair" and regulated casino with a legit RTP. He is in fact taking advantage of them instead. It's sickening.

What really needs awareness to be raised about is the kind of scam he is pulling.. I just really hope it comes back to bite him in the ass soon. I think the whole thing is not just worthy of fines and criminal charges, but a class action lawsuit from all the people who he has essentially stolen from.

With all the many deposits to this site through payid, what’s the chances one could contact their bank to claim it all back? Even though you’ve purposely gambled , couldn’t you claim it back saying to the bank that you never hardly won and that’s due to you’ve just found out about the unlicensed / dodgy site. Should the bank of known to block the site or maybe not due to its name looking different to a gambling site once deposited through payid. Hard to see the bank payout a whole large amount of funds for this but if you mentioned their wrong doing , im thinking it might give them a little scare, thoughts?

On the plus side whoever owns the payID account will end up getting a nice little visit by AFP etc however I do not think they are that stupid, the ID used to create this account is most likely fraudulent and then moves it to other accounts via purchasing crypto and washing it etc. Doubt they would be that stupid to transfer straight to their real name and get caught.

A few months ago they changed their payid name , now it appears as a business name once deposited into their payid account. Basically what I want to m ow is what’s my chances of claiming back lost money from the bank for the past 12 months. It’s gotten so bad that quite often depositing between $70 - $150 and lasting roughly 10-15’min before doing it again and again. At times so bad that 10 deposits $1000+ and not even a win decent enough to get us going.
