Wannabet Casino

I still think it was funny as all get out....really don't see why you or Laurie neither one did though...

If I had of meant my previous comment to you and Laurie to be malicious or with intent I could have quoted the forum header here and highlighted it as below...but I didn't, I said at the end: JK girls...

I did the $50 freebie last night. I agree that the bet sizes available stink as well as the software seeming a bit "clunky". Just didn't get too excited in general about the experience. Glad to hear that they are paying winners though. Maybe if they kind of "smooth" out the site I would play there, but very limited dep/with options combined with a general lack of enthusiasm for the slot games will probably keep me away.

I don't remember what happened with my free $50, but my first (and last) deposited $50 disappeared pretty quick with the help of the unlikely events in Caribbean Stud Poker of pairs beat by dealer's 2 pairs, twice, then the grande finale of a dealer full house! Though I am no longer puzzled by the existence of seven (7) varieties of Black Jack.

not everyone will like Wannabet an not everyone likes poker

sorry you had such bad luck

Cindy:)

Shill! LOL!

(BTW, FYI: CSP is not poker, per se, and after years of playig live CSP at Hollywood Park Casino, Hustler Casino and other So Cal cardrooms, the last time I've seen those kinds of cards come out of a shoe was never. And if anyone can produce evidence that anything like I experienced at WannaBet has ever happened in their first series of 25 hands, or so, at any B/M casino, I'll eat a bug - and not just any lil ol' lacewing, either, but a Madagasgar Hissing Cockroach.)

Well I'm up $600 on this site, sent in my forms yesterday, no response yet but no biggie.

I don't like on how the fax form, it asks you what your credit limit for your card is. Why do they need to know that?

And why do they make you send it in to a site called gbforms.com? Why not to the wannabet.com customer service?

Hopefully the rep will respond to your question. I haven't decided yet if i will play at this casino, and i am interested in the answer.
I can't tell from the below quote if Craig will only comment on non-agrumentative posts, or any at all,
Pam

Although the management of WannaBet has been involved in this industry since 1996 in various operational and managerial roles, in a number of casinos, we understand that bringing a new brand into the public's eye will invariably lead people to pull out their magnifying glasses. We welcome it!

That being said, we've found that engaging in anything that can be construed as an argument in a public forum inevitably ends up leading to seemingly endless debate and is, more often than not, a terrible waste of time. For the record, our official position regarding the allegations in this thread is that they are baseless and unequivocally false but we will not spend the time to defend each and every one individually.

We will however invite anyone who is a member at WannaBet to make a withdrawal request at any time. They will experience a quick and efficient payout and we look forward to them posting their positive experiences not only here but also elsewhere.

Our experience has shown us that the reputation of a new casino brand can only be established over time, and we understand that. We also know that our commitment to overall customer service will be a reflection of our reputation much more than words in a forum post could be, and look forward to showing the industry instead of just telling you that.

That is our final word on this matter.

Thank you,
Craig Taylor

So I mailed my faxback form to gbforms email address, and also the wannabet.com customer service.

Any idea why I then get a reply from beted.com saying they can't find my account (they got my faxback forms)

This is why I hate scanning my credit cards, now it's in the open along with my credit limit, thanks to wannabet.com.

I'll probably have to call my credit card company now and have them cancel that card.

Unless beted.com and wannabet.com are sister sites?

I started this thread, asking for input, and I am glad to see some...I would very much like to see Craig return to this board...

Edit: I stand corrected. Still, shouldn't be like looking for a needle in a hay stack. Thanks for showing me the post! :o I hadn't recalled seeing any WB post when I read your post, so I scrolled the whole thread frontwards/backwards and, obviously, still didn't find it. :o

I will E-mail Craig tomorrow, and offer that I will sign up with all my real details and take a ND bonus, and should I be sucessful, I would ask that they mail a check payable to a registered Canadian Charity that would be tax deductible for them...I'm not yet willing to make a deposit, and I think it would be hypocritical of me to take their freechip without that willingness...

Gee, I sure wish I could buy my next used car from you! :D

Edit: Since March 24, a lot of valor has been displayed on the behalf of defending WannaBet by the OP. I am surprised that Craig hasn't deemed to return and that he would leave such a staunch defender with her fanny in the wind...:D

Craig did put in one appearance https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/wannabet-casino.36912/.

When I emailed him with my offer, he responded that the casino does not issue cheques, and would never issue a payment to a third party, which I think is not unreasonable on the part of a casino. He did tell me I was welcome to take the ND offer.

I have not done so, so nothing to report on my part. I have noticed that he visits CM often, and I would hope that if a player had a problem and PM'd him he would help.

Thanks for your input too Berny.

laure - thanks

So again here are my concerns:

1.) I sent my fax back forms yesterday. I get a reply from beted.com saying they can't find my account (well duh, because the account is with wannabet.com)

2.) The faxback form asks for your freaking credit card limit. That's cool, so thieves know the limit on your card now.

3.) The site claims to be 24/7 support. They reply fast when I ask about depositing, but when I ask about my account and the whole beted.com situation, nothing.

I kind of figured now I won't get my money, so I closed that credit card used to deposit for security reasons.

I was up $800 but with the mentality that they won't pay me anyway, I'm now only up $300. (having fun, betting big for the hell of it since again I doubt I'll get it) So we'll see if they pay me the $400.

Oh no Rebel don't do that!!!

You should wait for a reply from Craig, or from Wannabet, it will get straightened out I'm guessing from some of the posts I've read here.

That's a new one for me. What if it's a prepaid card? Is there a limit on those? $500? But I would NEVER give out my credit card limit to anyone, not even a friend, nevermind an online casino.

I know it was stupid for me to start betting big, but I really don't feel that comfortable with this company for reasons listed above. But I won't let them take my money, that's for sure, so I am not logging back on until they either pay me with $300 in winnings or don't pay at all.

And I agree, it's ridiculous for them to ask for your credit card limit.

That should set up red flags for a rouge casino instantly. That and how unsecure their system is that another casino got my faxback forms.

I agree 100% on the credit limit, never ever give that out, i do know that they have never not once paid a player, so i can assure you that will be done, i did send off a email to Craig, asking him to give me a buz as this needs to be dealt with asap, im sure he will be able to explain what happened, in the future if any casino asks, go straight to the managment or post it on here just like you did, you did the right thing imo.

I got a reply back.

Now they want me to send in another form, this time with my drivers license number or passport number.

Would you guys give out this information? I always block those numbers out when sending copies of my ID in.

But the new form they want me to send in requires the numbers.

Thank you for sending all of the required documents.

As per our terms and conditions, when a deposit is made with a credit card, there is a 30 day waiting period from the date of your last credit card deposit before withdrawals can be processed from an account.

You will be eligible to make a withdrawal request on June 6th, at which time we ask you to re-submit your withdrawal request.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions comments or concerns.

This is why I quit online gaming.

First, they want my credit card limit information. Then my personal info gets sent to the wrong casino. Then they ask for my drivers license number and/or passport number. Now the 30 day wait.

This sounds bad.

I don't like the sounds of this at all.

Probably because they know the limit on your credit card and need time to max it out. :D j/k

I wonder if that poster who was chatting them all up in this thread had to go through this?

Laurie....does this sound right to you? I'm only asking you because you promote them and talk with Craig.

I asked Craig to look into this as i use prepaid cards and those are considered credit cards also which to me is a whole different ballgame from regular bank credit cards.

I dont think you can do a chargebck on prepaid cards and that was my question to him, i could be wrong tho', i could understand it, given it was a bank issued or revolving credit card as it would be tempting to put a stop on a payment(chargeback).

If i hear any news from Craig on this i will post it, it is in their T/C as i read this too, but there is a difference as far as im concerned with the two types of cards, dont know if this is your case or not.

I tried this casino for the first time today. I played on the free 50 dollar chip. My Balance is now 315 USD. I can not find any where on the site the terms and conditions for this free chip. I sent in my documents a few minutes ago. When I go to the cashier section it says I can withdraw all of it. I sent an e-mail to support just now to ask what the playthrough requirements are and max cashout. I will wait to see what they say before I try to withdraw the money. I will let everyone know how it goes.

LH

Thanks for letting me know, I just checked the spam box and nothing there. I will wait and see if they e-mail me back. I think this casino is pretty decent so far, nice change from the RTG slots. I haven't tried them all yet but I intend to.

LH

well i deleted my email, so i cant find it, but i believe it was 40 times and 250 max cashout, if you play non progressive slots you should be safe imo.

i got stuck on some ""bombs away"" slot iirc, i had fun, i got up to 600 and then started betting 6,-+ a spin,:)then i ws down pretty fast, but even so i had a long playtime for my betstyle. (minimum on that slot was 2.10 i think)
so im thinking of depositing, but will wait to see how the few issues highlighted here turn out...

I have sent Craig a message so i hope to hear from him soon, it is not our intent to promote any rogue casino and thus far he and the Casino have been fair to players and to us thats what its all about, good service, fast withdrawals and payouts but most of all happy players who get the most out of their hard earned money.

There are seasoned casinos who are out there ripping players off and one software group springs to mind right now:eek:

As we have stated in the past we will stand behind this casino until proved wrong that they are 100% rogue. The casino and Craig are very popular at another site GG.

I can understand the credit card issue 30 day rule, if i were to deposit 50.00 and decided i wanted to cashout at 500.00, shouldnt the casino have the right to state that to avoid any chargebacks or if the issuing bank red flags it as gambling, makes sense to me, i dont think this applys to pre paid cards.

We understand that they are working on getting QT and Ewallet established very soon.

I understand its a new casino and there are issues that needs feedback from the casino and that will come or i wouldnt put my reputation or Cindys on the line like this.

Laurie

Kakata,

Leann has always gotten paid as well as everyone else that has had a withdrawal, they are continuing to work on other avenues to get players paid by other means.

As of right now instant banking is the only route, they will not make exceptions for anyone as i clearly stated to you by PM, we have tried to work out different ideas and this is the only way until another method is available.

Your winnings from the contest are safe, you can leave them there till QT becomes an option or you can try to open up a small savings account and your winnings will be sent within a few days.

We will continue to work on a solution with Craig as stated but cant promise anything other than the instant banking at this time, this was listed in the withdrawal methods available for US players at the time.

This is a good casino, they pay their players and the ones that play there all the time are happy customers.

Congrats on your win and you will get paid:)

I know Leann has been paid....Ive asked "how did you deposit"

I didnt say someone has NOT been paid.

....and I said its "my fault" that Im not been paid yet, cause I dont have any bank account.
Im simply asking if is there a chance that they will add QT as option any time soon.... Can I ask or not?

Yes they are Kakata, with all the CC and pre paid ones not allowing online gaming transactions, its becoming difficult to deposit and withdraw for the US player right now, these casinos are working on different options, they want to get your money as fast as you want to get your money from winning, this affects alot of US players right now and it does suck.

Wannabet

Hi,

I am sure some of you think I am b sing you about Wannabet. I have no reason to. I have been playing online for over 10 years.

I have been scammed once or twice. But, that was quite awhile ago.

I learned valuable lessons that have become priceless.

READ ALL THE TERMS & CONDITION...everywhere. I have been guilty of skipping through most of the crap in T&C because it is boring.

I also play in land based casinos. In fact, we just came back from a week in Las Vegas.

If you do play or have played in land based casinos you must know there is a very basic phrase on all slot machines. It clearly states ANY MALFUNCTION VOIDS ALL PAYS & PLAYS.

A few days before we were to leave on our vaca I was playing @ Wannabet & hit for over 1K on the rock n' roll slot. Wow I was thrilled.

Since I have had previous withdrawals from Wannabet, I had already complied with the requirements.

I was so excited I had to stop playing....for awhile.

The next day on the same slot I hit again for over 1K....unf#$%ing believeable.

I was floored....I have had small ($100/$300) cashouts @ a few sites, especially Wanabet.

I sent Craig an email thankng him for his cool site. I also asked if there was something up with that slot since was no longer on the slot menu.

He advised that there was in fact something defective @ that game & it paid off several times to players.

IN SPITE OF THAT...THEY PAID ME......AMAZING...

Craig advised me that they did not want to penalize the players. The glitch was on their end somewhere.

In a land based casino I would have gotten NOTHING but a dinner comp...really...thanks to that little phrase I mentioned earlier.

You could try contacting Casino player magazine. I am sure they have some of those letters from players that have had that horrible experience @ land based casino in their archives.

I have no reason to lie to anyone about this.

Wannabet really rocks!!!

Craig is a nice guy trying to be the best @ customer service.

Lasseter's was 1 of my fave sites for years because they excelled @ customer service.

Craig @ Wannabet has exceeded them...I did not think it was possible....truly I did not.

I really cannot wait to play there. Hopefully the deposit options will be working soon.

Wannbet is really the best new site I have found in a long time.

gl all,

Leann

I sympathize with your frustration about the 30-day wait, but with the current uncertainty and risky atmosphere of US banking, I can’t fault the casino. At least, this thread is clarifying their terms, so that there shouldn’t be any surprises for other US depositors.

I understand Craig’s reluctance to take on the forum, but, so far, he has more support than negativity going for him. The “that’s all I have to say on the matter” position he's taking doesn’t exhibit a willingness to accommodate and promote a player’s sense of open and fair disclosure. Being listed as an accredited casino on this site carries a lot of weight and any time he invests in communicating with prospective players would be well worth his time-even if some of the questions are uncomfortable. His willingness to face the scrutiny of the forum will gain him more in the end, than any other form of advertising.

IMO that this is not the thread for expressing anger about having a losing round of play. Asking questions about deposit and withdrawal methods, wagering requirements, software issues, etc. is fine, but antagonism isn’t necessary. Be gentle.

Wannabet

Hi,

I use VISA greendot ppd @ 2 other sites. I have not had an issue....yet

I had made deposits @ Wannabet without any withdrawals for a little over 30 days prior to my first withdrawal.

Therefore I had complied with ALL the requirements.

Hope this answers all questions,

Leann

Thanks a lot for your time.
So from what I gather from your info....You just need to wait 30 days from your first CCdeposit...than all the future deposit and withdrawals will be processed right away?Withouth the 30 days waiting period?
Im sorry to bother you...but the casino rep does not come on this forum anymore.
Thanks again

I just read though the entire thread... (whew.)

Did Rebel2k5 get paid?

I'm also wondering if this casino shares an IP or server with a ninja "BJ" site maybe it has some better promotions than the casinos I've been playing at. I'm gonna go look. :)

They replyed asking for Bank statement and copy of a voided check along with copy of picture ID.
I dont have the check nor the bank statement since wired plastic do not provide em.
I told em I can provide everything else but those 2.
Lets wait and see if they really are willing to help.
cross fingers.
