VS - Issue with Sky Vault Slot

Hello all,

So recently I won 100 free spins with VS for the Sky Vault game.

I got about 13 spins in and hit a bonus and won around £40 but on the last spin of the bonus it just got stuck and no matter what device I try on it just stays stuck on the screen shown in the pic.

I've reported it to live chat and they wrote a report or something.

Am I likely to lose the money and the remaining free spins as the ss doesn't show the winnings just the total winnings from the previous spins?

As the game instructions say mailfunction voids all pays and plays
I guess that the provider resets the game and instead of winnings you get new set of free spins

Videoslots team got back to me on here and they said that Leander will have to intervene and the bonus round will be ended by them.

As always videoslots customer service is one of the best I've come across, especially on the casinomeister forums.
