Im just banging my head on the wall thinking "why the hell do I keep bothering with VRC"

All in all iv lost more at VRC than any other casino (even compared to the amounts of losses i had at william hill over 6 years)

The thing people see is from their past promotions how they must be the best rival casino but I dont see how the games are that loose. The promotions are certainly some of the worst I have ever come across nowadays also.

So already what I ranted about in the past was the fact that I "flushed" my withdrawl and didnt have time to send faxback forms in that week.. but because of that they put the withdraw as reversible back on my account. I lost it... my own fault however the term flushing always means a permenant flush.. not just for as long as they feel like.

So yea after my numerous complaints to them about that incident they gave me a $100 free chip... needless to say it lasted barely 10 mins since the wr was that high the only way to clear wr is to bet high.

Benefit of the doubt given and all that I played again there. Won a bit and asked for my withdrawl to be flushed (I knew I would be able to send the forms that day so no problem). The support staff told me they had "flushed" my withdrawl. I checked and it wasnt flushed at all..it was still reversible. A few hours passed and I lost it... but again losing it was my fault and I was more annoyed that I was told it was flushed when it wasnt.

I specifically asked the manager to answer me who did and basically told me "flushing" at VRC now leaves the withdrawl as reversible for 2 days... I mean wtf? is there such a thing as a withdrawl being "reversible" after being flushed?... I think not.

A few days later I was getting pretty peeved that my deposits were vast and my withdrawls barely were a scratch on it (less than 5 low amount withdrawls) so I asked for a free chip. I got $100 free but again with real high WR... once again it was gone in a few minutes.

Todays problem is where I noticed the $500 freeplay bonus. I played it, met wr with a max fund amount of $375.

I deposited the $25 to claim it and what extra info I read has just enraged me.

Not only is it a hefty 60x wr ($24,000 I believe), but also the offer expires on midnight (meaning I would have to meet wr by then), The maximum I can withdrawl is $400 and I must have at least $400 in my account at the end of the promo.

This means you basically have to bet big and win big so you have at least a few $1000 to play with, then bet fast and high so you meet the wr before midnight.

Its only $25 I lost but yet again VRC has proven that they are no longer what they used to be. The general bonuses are way too high and give slim chances of meeting WR. Free chips are not fun because if you get lucky you get sick of playing the games so much to meet the wr for very little return.

I would of expected for that freeplay to have a lot less wr and no minimum withdraw especially since beating the clock, meeting wr and having cash in the balance over that $500 is a challenge on its own. Once i deposited and noticed the full terms I actually said to 3 friends sitting round me "Theres no way im going to make wr...goodbye $25" and 1 of them said its the stupidest and tightest terms hes ever seen in nearly 20 years of gambling.

VRC is no longer full of fun times, occasional cashouts and excellent bonuses. Its turned into the complete opposite now and I believe many people will be dropping them from casinos they deposit at.

The terms on their bonuses were always kind of funky, but really took a turn for the worse at the beginning of this year, IMO, i.e., higher WR's, lower max cash out limits. I'll deposit without a bonus, but since they aren't as prompt as Sloto, they still aren't my preferred Rival. I can't remember the last bonus I took at any Rival, by the way, due to the harsh bonus terms.

Yea since new management came into place they have been worse off.

I just cant believe how bad they have turned. I cant even profit there with my own cash.

The only wr I have met on a freechip there was months ago (a measly $7 chip, max cashout i got to which was around $40) but I deliberately lost it because if I was paid it then I wouldnt be getting anymore free chips until I deposit.

I know all casinos are in the business for profit but I dont see it as fair in the slightest that iv deposited and lost a lot of cash there, with next to no withdrawls, the same free chip bonuses that non depositors get. Even cashback I get there adds insult to injury. 10% of my losing deposits that week and a 50x wr

Isnt it funny how rival...especially VRC has turned to crap this year? I dont profit and never meet wr anymore there however it was only a few weeks back I played at a MG casino. deposited £20. played for about 7 hours. wins went up and down (as high as £4000 at 1 point) since I didnt care about the cash and wanted to have fun I carried on playing until my balance was eventually £0... then I redeemed the comp points for £35 and cashed it out.

Theres no fun at VRC anymore. You deposit with your own cash... yo lose pretty quickcly..... you take a bonus/play a ND bonus and more than likely wont meet WR and wont even have fun since the thrill of playing isnt there since if you hit a big win or 5 it still wont guarantee you meet WR

Sloto doesn't offer decent bonuses either. I have one that's been sitting in my account for weeks. deposit 25 for a total of 50 and the wr are 75x. The rest of the bonuses are 20, 25 and 45%. I do not play bonuses but I would have thought better from sloto and I've yet to get or ask for a free chip from them.

thats where slotto slightly went downhill as well... bonuses used to be nice and actually give you some chance at meeting wr.

Im just suprised at how much VRC has taken off me, and twice I had requested a withdrawl only to have it thrown back at me after specifically asking for it to be flushed. Yes theyve changed system bt its not flushing, they should say that when you ask for a withdrawl to be flushed.

Im starting to really wonder if this talk about staff being able to manipulate RTP's on slots is correct because when I think about it isnt it just too much to be a coincidence that a lot of people have mentioned when they claim a bonus at VRC and any other rival it always starts well but as soon as they come close to meeting WR all slots become tight and they lose

To conclude my thread pretty much im down to yet another experience at VRC.

Boredom kicked in and since I had pretty much all other casinos uninstalled I bit the bullet and played there taking 1 of their deposit bonuses.

I took the 200% autumn bonus. Not a bad 35x wr. A harsh 4x bonus max withdraw, only 1/10th counting towards WR when playing BJ, only 1/3 comp points and a non cashable bonus (also if i was below the total deposit+bonus funds I would not be able to cashout)

I deposited $70 and got $140 bonus...As per usual things started good... too good. before long I was up to $1500.

I then made the mistake of asking support how much i have left to wager. They told me around the $3800 mark...

I thought it would be quite easy considering my balance was $1500+.... but then the games started to be a bit peculiar.

Coincidently the games were playing nice before I contacted support... then after it was a losing battle.

Blackjack was giving me worse hands than ever before. Dealer had BJ 90% of the time and their "dealer hits on soft 17" certainly came into play quite a bit. On many occasions I recall the dealer showing a 6, I stand at 18/19/20... dealer turns over an ace, hit and gets a 4 so beats me with 21.

Even slots had tightened up. I played travel bug... nearly 30 spins without a single winning spin. I closed it and went on to play that flying game. 10 or so spins with no wins until I started getting really low wins which didnt even cover my bet value (like 3 jacks).

Of course from then on it took me under an hour to bring my $1500 balance down to just a few $100. That wasnt enough to cashout even if I had met wr so I finished with BJ... 7-8 losing hands in a row took the rest of my balance.

Just to add complete insult to injury I had about 6 bucks comp point I had earnt..... claimed them and played BJ... guess what? 3 or 4 losing hands in a row and every penny was gone.

Doesnt this ring alarm bells for anyone? With all the talk again of rival casinos being able to manipulate players game outcomes isnt it pretty strange how as soon as I ask support how much I have left to wager pretty much all games become dry and my balance was gone in a flash.

edit... oh and what the hell is up with their "cashback"? more than 15 deposits since my last withdraw there and all I had this week was 10%... less than 10 bucks (gone in seconds).... others who have been lucky and won more in general have been getting 15%

The offer expires meaning it will disappear but wagering does not have to be done within that time frame.

Found this out a few weeks back when I finished wagered 10 minutes after the expiration date. Live chatted and was told the expiration time does not apply to wagering, just that the offer expires and you couldn't claim it.

I was paid the max cashout on the bonus (around $700) without any problem.

damm... they should put that in their terms, but as per usual the staff there havent had the brains to consider it
