Im just banging my head on the wall thinking "why the hell do I keep bothering with VRC"
All in all iv lost more at VRC than any other casino (even compared to the amounts of losses i had at william hill over 6 years)
The thing people see is from their past promotions how they must be the best rival casino but I dont see how the games are that loose. The promotions are certainly some of the worst I have ever come across nowadays also.
So already what I ranted about in the past was the fact that I "flushed" my withdrawl and didnt have time to send faxback forms in that week.. but because of that they put the withdraw as reversible back on my account. I lost it... my own fault however the term flushing always means a permenant flush.. not just for as long as they feel like.
So yea after my numerous complaints to them about that incident they gave me a $100 free chip... needless to say it lasted barely 10 mins since the wr was that high the only way to clear wr is to bet high.
Benefit of the doubt given and all that I played again there. Won a bit and asked for my withdrawl to be flushed (I knew I would be able to send the forms that day so no problem). The support staff told me they had "flushed" my withdrawl. I checked and it wasnt flushed at all..it was still reversible. A few hours passed and I lost it... but again losing it was my fault and I was more annoyed that I was told it was flushed when it wasnt.
I specifically asked the manager to answer me who did and basically told me "flushing" at VRC now leaves the withdrawl as reversible for 2 days... I mean wtf? is there such a thing as a withdrawl being "reversible" after being flushed?... I think not.
A few days later I was getting pretty peeved that my deposits were vast and my withdrawls barely were a scratch on it (less than 5 low amount withdrawls) so I asked for a free chip. I got $100 free but again with real high WR... once again it was gone in a few minutes.
Todays problem is where I noticed the $500 freeplay bonus. I played it, met wr with a max fund amount of $375.
I deposited the $25 to claim it and what extra info I read has just enraged me.
Not only is it a hefty 60x wr ($24,000 I believe), but also the offer expires on midnight (meaning I would have to meet wr by then), The maximum I can withdrawl is $400 and I must have at least $400 in my account at the end of the promo.
This means you basically have to bet big and win big so you have at least a few $1000 to play with, then bet fast and high so you meet the wr before midnight.
Its only $25 I lost but yet again VRC has proven that they are no longer what they used to be. The general bonuses are way too high and give slim chances of meeting WR. Free chips are not fun because if you get lucky you get sick of playing the games so much to meet the wr for very little return.
I would of expected for that freeplay to have a lot less wr and no minimum withdraw especially since beating the clock, meeting wr and having cash in the balance over that $500 is a challenge on its own. Once i deposited and noticed the full terms I actually said to 3 friends sitting round me "Theres no way im going to make wr...goodbye $25" and 1 of them said its the stupidest and tightest terms hes ever seen in nearly 20 years of gambling.
VRC is no longer full of fun times, occasional cashouts and excellent bonuses. Its turned into the complete opposite now and I believe many people will be dropping them from casinos they deposit at.
