The following is what I recieved regarding an ongoing payout.:confused:

Due to the new legislation that has passed in the US and our banking processorthat is backlogged, your funds will take a while before they will reflect inyour account. We hope this meets with your approval.

So funny they still add this standard statement even when they are giving you bad news. Bit like.....

What new legislation?
The UIGEA which was signed 6-months ago?
1) Why does this effect a player who is not in the USA?
2) How long does it take to sort out alternative payment methods for flips sake? :what:

Why in the world would the UIGEA cause such a delay in paying a Canadian player?
 
I beleive it is just babble speak, trying to appease me with an answer. Any answer, you know.

I wonder if they can figure out that the truth is much better, tell me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear.

They have now given me two dates that my cash in was processed. Along with that, I have two expected arrivall times.:confused:

Again, It makes me wonder why I continue to support them with my money.

. Interestingly, timely payments to players is not an ecogra requirement.


However, eCogra terms of agreement state a casino must meet its own terms. If a casino advertises payment terms and does NOT adhere to those terms then they certainly should be in voilation of eCogra terms. These days I note most MG casinos are advertising 2-21 days for ACH however as the case with River Belle web site advertising is incorrect because when you cash out you are given a check to be received in that time period not an ACH. The time has come for ALL US players to back out of the online gambling market because we have no protection and the regulatory agents are pro casino not pro USA.
