I had won at Jackpot.com 4880 eur and they just canceled my winnings and returned my deposit. I did not break any term. This is the email I received from them:

"After an indebt investigation into your account and game play we have established clear evidence that you were abusing our system including irregular playing in order to make winnings.

Consequently, as per section 2.10 of the Bonus Policy:

“2.10 In the event that Jackpot.com deems that a participant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to this offer and\or tried to abuse this offer, such participant shall be excluded from this offer and therefore become ineligible to receive the Deposit Bonus; such ineligibility may be determined and the Deposit Bonus (and any winnings gained from the use of the Deposit Bonus) withheld or revoked, even after the participant's account's award of the Deposit Bonus.”

We have decided to deny and withhold from you any bonuses and winnings and permanently terminate your account, block any access to the account and our services.

Finally, we have paid back today to your Moneybookers account, the total amount of EUR200 that you have deposited into the Jackpot.com account."


I asked for more clarification as I know I did not break any term and they just use the same old term "bonus abuse" in order to steal my winnings. I received no reply back.

Are you sure the spelling is exactly the same as when they wrote to you?

In any case, the casino needs to at least explain what you have done in violation of their rules. As for you saying you have done nothing wrong all fraudsters say so therefore we cannot rely on what you state. In any case, if you haven't done so in the past you are entitled to have one free shot ie pitch-a-bitch. Read the rules and send a private message to MaxD. However, should you take this route you must not post anymore on this subject.

As the others have mentioned I'd be happy to look into this issue for you. Please check out our Pitch a Bitch service and if that sounds like the way you want to proceed then please read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ thoroughly. It's not as daunting as it looks and the FAQ does detail what you can expect from us and what we expect from you throughout the PAB process. Submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

I should add that your accusations are rather serious so we'd expect you to stand behind your claims and provide whatever proof is necessary to verify yourself and your story. The PAB process is private so our discussions regarding your case would not be available for public viewing. If you choose not to go the PAB route then we'll have to dig into your story here on the forums and that can get rather messy.

As it happens I'm going to have to amend my previous offer a little. After some digging I found that the OP had a previous PAB against an un-Accred casino which came down to an issue of dubious documents and possible multiple accounts. The case was closed but since the evidence was not 100% conclusive the OP was allowed to retain their Casinomeister priveledges.

And now we have a second case sounding suspiciously similar. Given this I'm making the following changes:
  • @ vizitiu93 : the PAB offer is no longer optional. Please file your PAB asap.
  • changing the thread title so there is less chance that this is being used to pressure the casino.
