Shalini : Unfortunately not
Eme: even tho i did deposit couple of years ago
Shalini : Unfortunately there were no recent deposits

Shalini : I understand
Shalini : I will have the amount removed from your account
me: thank you very much Shalini and have a nice day

Comp points are real money, not play money!

They should pay regardless of when you last deposited as you used your comp points to play with.

If they were trying to lure you back with free comp points and you happened to win and not deposit more, then that is just tough luck for them!

Cheers

Thats complete BS - I agree Gremmy, why give him comps to begin with and then claim its 'play money'.... How low can you go???

what i tought cant see any casino rep for Villento in here so really dont know if i should follow up on this or not

Maybe you could try the affiliate manager Villento
You should definitely follow up on this. Thats some bad excuses from CS!
And I'm sure they wouldn't have added the comp points, if they hadn't seen your deposit history.
Marketing that is, but they prolly don't communiate with payments

I got this same promo - the 'comp' points were actually a bonus, just added to the comps though - it was for an introduction to the new games, especially the new 3D silver one (also included some 3D glasses)

So they weren't really 'comps' that were earned, it was a bonus. But it was a bonus that was sent by the casino, so why on earth would they give it out to anyone who wasn't eligible?

Villento was accredited here for awhile, but they fell by the wayside awhile back. They should still have a rep though. IMO they should pay you, you didn't claim a bonus you weren't eligible for - they gave it to you. To tell you after you won that you shouldn't have gotten it in the first place really sucks.

EDIT: Sorry, I'm not sure if they were actually accredited, but they were at least in the trial by fire stage.

I agree with you 100% Nate. Seems by many accounts, Mg is morphing into Rival style tactics. Too many once accredited and current accredited sites have gone down and/or are going down the road of ruin and wrecked reputation/s.

It seems they are determined to carry on travelling along the road to the rogue pit. They should seriously consider checking the map, and turning around and go back the way they came.

This is classic "Virtual casino" bait & switch stuff. Different rules apply when you win, so that a player can never really get a fair game.
I expect the player was meant to lose these points, so they would go away thinking the casino had done them a favour, and that maybe they are sorry for past problems and want the player back.
Had the OP lost, they would never have known they could never have won, and may have been ripe for the next "bait & switch" tactic of a welcome bonus, and if they had played and won with that, what's the betting these winnings would have been confiscated on the grounds that the player DID deposit before more than 2 years ago.

The records should be kept for around 6 years after the player stops playing, and NO WAY should such records be deleted from an ACTIVE account.

They chose to leave the accredited section because they no longer wanted players to have access to the PAB service, and wanted them to use their other channels instead, which they know is not going to be of any help.

Players should consider kicking this lot to the curb until things improve. Losing players would make them wake up to the fact that they have problems that need to be addressed.

I got exactly the same CD promotion in the post - 2,000 LP and a pair of 3D glasses to try out Sterling Silver 3D. Thinking that 2,000 LP would equate to around £10 I re-installed the software and went to claim. £2... well still better than a kick in the teeth right?

Anyway didn't like the look of Sterling Silver too much so thought i'd take a spin on Bars and Stripes - and what do you know I hit the jackpot 2nd spin :D After a few hours of playing I end up cashing out £850 - easily the highest amount i've ever won!

That was 3rd June. I wait and I wait but nothing hits my account so I mail Villento. I am told that:

"your withdrawal has been reversed back into your account is because you had won that money on free credits. The decision was taken from the management of our processing company and as per the rules of the casino. Therefore because you won on free credits you will not be able to withdraw the £850.00."

As mentioned by Gremmyboy earlier, I think someone should explain to these guys the difference between free credits (these were actually loyalty points) and play money? Also, no notification from anyone at Villento telling me tht my withdrawal had been reversed and no indication as to why.

Not wanting to let it drop, I contacted Live Help and asked what I was supposed to do with the £850 if I couldn't withdraw it? The advice was to "continue playing and maybe at some point in the future management will approve your withdrawal". Maybe 5 minutes after I lose it all back?

I thought I was an isolated case but it appears this is standard policy these days at Villento :(

WTF:what:

I thought they just said this couldn't happen because it was "play money" only.

Does this mean that if you "play some more" the management will suddenly overlook the rules and pay you....

BULLSHIT!!

You are being set up for a "bait & switch".

You play some more, maybe then deposit, and think you can now withdraw as promised, and then you will find there is "no record of us saying that, and no member of our staff would make such a promise to you because the rules are quite clear, and apply to everybody".

This is EXACTLY the kind of trickery one would expect from Virtual group, but it is shocking that this is coming from a MICROGAMING group.

That promotional CD came through the post, so complain to the ASA that it is misleading (they now cover internet offers, they got extended powers in March).

Shame they didn't send me one - go on Villento - I DARE you;)

Do you still have the £850 they say you might get if you play some more?

villento was accredited...but their rep was MIA...

and good luck with the affiliate manager. I have been trying to contact him for 13 months...

Americans beware, villento has a new us facing casino, vegas2web... Same ownership, same 'terrific tuesday' free spins, new rival platform, same old villento untruths and flat out BS...

The audacity of them to screw me out of $5900 lying and stalling while their processors ran for the hills, only to force me into the doomed arms of UMW, than to wait a month and tell me my gold vip status at rich reels mean a gold vip status at vegas2web... Eff that...

And this case is another in a long line of example that Villento Brands loves to set illustrating one thing; they dont give a flying f*ck about integrity, transparency, and more to the point; YOU, the customer...

Thanks for the heads up - will keep that in mind!

It's sitting in my casino account at the moment - still not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do with it though :(

I would let it stay there until they pay up.

I they DO change their mind, decide to honor the promotion and want to pay the players involved, you would be very upset if you played again and lost it all.

Since they are on the "no-can-do list" you should file a complaint at

yep same mail that i got ive tried reason with them about this as i used to be a regular there few years ago but to no vail

I've just seen that they have made an update to their T&C's:

"For winnings that originate from the wagering of Free Credits alone, which free credits were part of a No-Deposit Bonus, such winnings are limited to a cash withdrawal of $200"

Conveniently there is no "date last updated" but I think we can safely assume someone from Villento is reading this thread and I'm about to get an email referring me to this :)

Well, surely this means you should be allowed 200 of it, not NONE of it as they have claimed.

Still in your account eh;)
The other 650 that is.

Do you like Fruit machines, but think that Villento are a bunch of ROBBERS, and want someone to send the COPS after them for nicking your winnings:D;)

What has this got to do with MGS??

It is up to operators what promotions they run. MGS plays no part.

Please get your facts straight.

Villento should pay any and all winnings as there is/was no cap on comp point withdrawals. It doesn't matter how the points were earned, they're still points.

If Villento wanted to give a no deposit bonus why didn't they just....I don't know......give a no deposit bonus???

CM should consider this as rogue behaviour.

MG may not have anything to do with this but they are not holding their licensees to observe strict standards as before. In the long run, the software brand will also suffer from the misdeeds of a few rogues.

Anyone else notice that Villento/Rich Reels is now linked with Casino Rewards? I actually used to play fairly regularly at these casinos, and they always paid out promptly for me, never had a problem. Hadn't played in about a month and then I got the same promo via snail mail that the others got (lost it promptly).

Anyways, I noticed that their slot tournaments are now gone, they are linked with casino rewards, and they sent me a promotion via snail mail... all of which are new. It seems to me that the Villento group has been sold or are under new management.

Why the hell are you asking that they remove "real money" from your account away?

It was maybe a joke but its clever that u take prnt screens of account and then send details to here.

I have not got any problems from Casinorewards. But I used many of those bonuses from casino rewards casinos and live help said that "U dont maybe get another bonus before u have show that u get higher vip lvl". But i have got all bonuses also after this.

Another thread indicates that Villento has joined Casino Rewards. They have their own way of evaluating "loyalty", and if it's comparable to other takeovers, you are starting from square one and your loyalty means jack.

I personally have no gripe with Casino Rewards, I've had quite a few cashouts, but not exceeding my deposits.
