My 91 year old mother, who is a longstanding member of Videoslots, cannot withdraw £60 as she cannot verify her identity. The required documents are Passport, Drivers Licence or National ID card. She has none of these. How can this be resolved?

Depends if the request for ID was before or after the withdrawal request.
I can see you are in contact with the rep, so hopefully should be able to resolve this quickly.
I won't share my full experience with VS, but had to self-exclude to get the funds owed to me.
