VideoSlots refuses to close my account !

VideoSlots.com refuses to close my account and do not reply to my emails after all the money I invested and lost ! What a bunch of scammers... :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hope this site will be down soon, 0 customer care !

I recently closed my a/c with Videoslots. One email, no problems, sorted.

They are not 'scammers' - they are a perfectly decent operation and they have a responsive rep on here.

Personally, I would find someone who lied about winning a progressive more of a 'scammer', but hey, that's me.

OMG !!! I won the Gladiator Jackpot !!!! I am so happy !! ;) :D
 
A bit more info what happened exactly should help to get some useful responses from someone who posts only 46 times I think...

OP Joined on 2011 what does the amount of posts have to do with this case anyway? It would not be hard to get 100 posts in a week if u spam in every topic like a bot.

OP send and PM to VS rep and your account will be closed 10 times out of 10
 
I think you should re-read OP´s 2nd post and then mine with a bit of sarcasm and you will conclude I agree that postcount doesn´t matter at all.

OP should not have to contact a rep for his account to be closed.

True, but you can adjust your deposit limits to minimal if your afraid your gambling your money away. And then ask the live chat to close your account then? Seem a bit odd they wouldn't close your account:cool:

Thank you very much for you help PankkiRikki. Apparently, their VIP Support was not able to reply the emails or to close my account.

This is now resolved. Thanks. :thumbsup:

Mad accusation to make. Videoslots have really good RS functions at the click of a button. Think your rant is way over the top.
They would not refuse a simple request for self exclusion which you do not need to ask them to do anyway. You can do it
yourself from inside of the "my account" section in the casino. 2 clicks and thats it your booted out.

Way wrong to call them scammers.

It usually involves urgent self-INclusion at a clinic, not urgent self-exclusion from a CM accredited casino.
