What in the name of ....
Right . I play the battle slots . I've not got a laptop . I always play them on my tablet. I never have any operating issues or problems playing and ranking , unless a FLASH game randomly pops up.
Flash games are few and far between these days.
I registered to play a battle today for a fiver.
The game turned out to be a flash game , I'd never even seen the game befot ...and I cursed and swore cos there is no way of knowing unless you are the rainman if slots and lately most are html5 sooooo....I lost the fiver without even getting a chance to play the battle.
Look anyway I contacted customer service and I swear I have never met such a pair (yes pair, the first guy firstly hung up on me, the second time he got me he ran away and got someone else to take my livechat complaint .
All they could do was argue with me non stop about how battles don't work on mobiles. I said it was a tablet and I was in desktop mode as I've always been when playing the battle tournaments. They kept insisting that the battles don't work on my set up. I was banging my head against a brick wall. Then they decided to tell me I had emailed them about the same issue back in January when I asked for a 1euro refund for the same issue.
I said to them that it wouldn't be a problem if they simply put the word "flash" on the game details. .but that started them off again about how "mobile players can't play battle games " I said , "but I play on your desktop website , thererfore I am playing desktop games ?" I can play every single one of them apart from "flash"
I was going around in circles and I ended up getting SO p***** off with these two agents that I had to decide in the end to just leave VS . It's been going downhill for a good while now and this was just the icing on the cake.
Over a FIVER!! Im sick in bed, with pain flares and shakes and sleep deprivation because of painsomnia. I've fibromyalgia (have had it 14yrs so its a bedbound condition unfortunately) and I play the slots as a distraction from the pain. Today I was at the last twenty I could spare this week after spending 100 euro in the slots already (insert bashful face) and I was really hoping to turn it into something because I've two kids and a Chrismas list that isn't dolls and Legos anymore. Nope , gadgets all the way. Of course theres never guarantees. That's fine ..but to take away even half a shot at it ?
Excuse the mini rant but I just cannot believe the petty greed if Videoslots not to return my fiver. They has no real reason not to after my explanation. What is a fiver to them!?
So when the last few quid goes quickly on some random game because customer service made a sick lady's day even worse ..I WONT be returning to Videoslots.
Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Or just sounds like some crazy woman in pain delerium. I assure you I'm genuine and genuinely annoyed because loyalty is treated this way
