As has been stated many times I wholeheartedly agree that the bonus structure is far from ideal so no argument from me there

I also agree that a better explanation of how the reward system works would be ideal.

I think, if possible, race ladder should be changed so that points rewarded directly reflect wager. At the moment someone who wagers high is effectively penalised as they get less points per pound wagered. I think change system for everyone in line with say slotmeister tournaments..... Minimum wager 10p for 1 point, but each multiple of 10p equals another point so 50p would be 5 points and £1 is 10 points. It seems strange that by only giving 3 points for a pound wager they effectively penalise higher rollers (not saying this for my benefit as I am in fact a low roller).

This is constructive criticism. Despite losing frequently at the moment at Videoslots, they and 32 Red remain my favourites and great places to play

That is indeed strange. If you forfeited bonus one would expect your cash back to be safe..... Unless Dan/Philip acted on your complaint and managed to reinstate believing that was your wish. Hope all gets resolved for you

It was indeed added by Philip. He surely could see that i was playing already and knew that re-instating it would tie in my cashback into the wagering. I had 16$ cashback this week and was up to 25 when i realized that it was re-added. Not good, to be honest

It was indeed added by Philip. He surely could see that i was playing already and knew that re-instating it would tie in my cashback into the wagering. I had 16$ cashback this week and was up to 25 when i realized that it was re-added. Not good, to be honest

What percentage of cash back have you received so far?

If you still have a lot of bonus to play through and its only 20x bonus then you do have a good chance of coming out on top as any slot greater than 95% will give you a theoretical profit on such bonus regardless of how many deposits enter to unlock.

In fact despite agreeing that the way bonus is unlocked is regrettable, 20x would leave more players profiting than the casino.

Don't be too put off by the multiple deposits needed as it doesn't change the odds on a 20x WR. Although in your case you have been unlucky not to have any big early hits, others will get early hits and play through in single deposit..... How many deposits required will largely depend on the variance of the slot.

Nothing guaranteed and I do sympathise with your position but it should be noted that 20x WR is still a good deal despite money not being paid upfront.

I joined VS 5 months ago and deposited some 8100$...until today i had 330 in cashback, that is about 4% of my deposits.... however, i had 6900$ in withdrawals, so if you calculate the cashback on the net loss (net casino profit) it is about 25%.

I do not want cash tied into wagering if i don't have too. The right thing to do would have been to wait until my balance was zero and then re-instate the bonus and funds.

And it does matter if you have to deposit again and again to go through the wagering. Let me explain:

Videoslots 100% match
Deposit 50, "get" 50, starting balance = 50 - now you have to wager and every 10% completed you get a part of the 50 bonus chips credited. On a good run no problem, on a rather normal run like i had your subsequent deposits are still tied into wagering until you finish the 100%....That way VS is keeping players depositing and playing. One of the worst "100% match" i had in over 16 years of online gaming. Should you think, oh sod it...i don't want it anymore and forfeit the bonus your balance will drop to "0". In my opinion this cannot be called a 100% match!!!!

To be honest i do not feel the love at Videoslots....not really

Defeats the object from a players point of view as well. A bonus is mainly used to extend playtime when having a bad run. If you're having a good run then a deposit is utterly irrelevant.

Totally agree..... And like you I up bets on a bad run. It's got me out of two 50% RTP positions recently but of course it can be classified as chasing losses so I only do this when playing with an active bonus in an "all or nothing" recovery hope from an untenable position.

I only chased losses by upping bets once when playing without a bonus and got myself £800 down. Never again. Thankfully Terminator 3 hot mode kicked in and my losses reduced to £150. After such a downer it felt like a win.

Whilst i appreciate your gesture i cannot agree you adding it when i am playing with funds which had no wagering attached. You surely could see that i am playing a slot already and could have waited until i would have busted out.

The question still remains why your CS staff wasn't able to reactivate it when i asked for it? I am sure you have some sort of supervisor or pitboss who can authorize such things.

Second question is why my balance went to "0", after all you only credit the bonus chips once a player has wagered the required amount, essentially making it his own cash funds. Hence, forfeiting a bonus should not affect a players balance as he has achieved it by wagering already!!!

Hold your horses PZ, we are talking about 7$, so the gesture is not that grand considering i deposited 8K in 5 months. I would have considered it grand if Philip would have popped 50 chips into my account for the trouble. Well, that's at least what others would do in such cases.

It would be a very different story if they would display how much of your balance get's removed when forfeiting a bonus to allow the player to make a clear decision.

I still regard VS has a reputable casino and a place i really liked to play regularly as games run very smoothly, payouts are superfast and the wagerfree casino race and cashback chips are better than the usual bonuses.... well, for me at least as i prefer to play without bonuses mostly.
