It is a collect game.
The collect progress is saved between rewards, but its still a really poor choice for battles.
You are not likely to collect enough to trigger the bonus from opening rewards, so unless you feel like spending money on that game to trigger the bonus you miss out on the 'stored value' rtp.

I honesly dont dislike the mechanics of the slot and the gameplay, but being a collect game makes it not suited for battles imo.

i noticed this while using some rewards. games like scatter matter award wins before they have even landed (this happens in battles too)

see this example it says i have won £5.28 on this spin but the symbols for most of that win haven't even dropped in yet, it spoils what you have won before it even lands.

Yeah there's a few things not working correctly recently on RAW slots. Ave Caesar DW is another; the way it plays the Big Win animation sequence during the bonus for every single win. It must be reading from the Total Won display rather than the actual win on that spin. RAW must have updated their platform/UI and broken a couple of things I reckon...

Yesterday managed to win the special wheel, the one that gives either cash prizes or free spins. Spin in, reveal 75 free spins on the Lucky McGee game, but the Smashpot version. Thought I'll end up with a euro or two, no high expectations. However, I was quite shocked when all, and I mean all spins were dead. Not a single win in 75 spins. Never have I ever seen something like this before.
