I received a few rewards in my account, they look the same ones that were lost on Thursday due to a "network error." I’m not interested in running around dealing with customer service in these matters, because the expected return on a few 10-cent spins is close to zero. So the rewards were awarded automatically, which is a positive thing. This is how the system should always work when "network error" strikes. Or the best option: finding a solution to this technical problem.

I lost a 25-spin reward on monday for the same reason: "network error." Standard customer support was completely unaware of the system issue and just suggested clearing cookies and other useless steps. We are in a good hands here because the casino contact has always been top-notch at least in my own cases and thank you for that @Team.Videoslots . But most players outside CM have to rely on standard customer service.

So it might be a good idea to inform the regular support team about this specific problem, as it seems quite common.

Same here, since i saw nobody complaining about it i figured maybe it was just me.
=)

Im also having trouble scoring more than 50 points in any of the battles, but that is probably not related to the pop-ups.

You are right ; I’m still waiting a month for them to update bank details ; they keep saying it’s SUPER TECHNICAL, and has a special team on it , Oh I tell a lie just seen an email them stating what I’m asking is impossible !! (Acc number and Transit number change something you think payments team do thousands of times , maybe hundreds a month)

They blamed the “payment provider “ can’t do, as it’s a withdrawal, @Team.Videoslots are paying me so THEY are the provider !!! SO YES I AGREE My payment provider is useless !!!

They also tried to blame Ecashout saying it’s impossible to change your bank details and Ecashout/Gigadat refused to change???

Co-incidentally they pulled the same sh1t beginning of the year, I ended up getting to know the COO of ecashout/Gigadat tells me @Team.Videoslots just needs to press the delete button like 7 times to backspace and clear current numbers then close app, and I can then enter new details ; Last time took 4 MONTHS for them to do after claiming its IMPOSSIBLE

Honestly the Payments team are thick as sh1t if they can hold a delete button 5 to 6 time , I mean they are thick as sh1t if they don’t know how to update a clients bank account FFS , if they really are that feckless request to be trained or get training if you don’t understand your own job and systems you have to use on the Daily

How can you be in a payments team if you don’t know how to make a payment ??

It’s been like that for over a year , or its a matter a brain drain as you are attempting to issue spins value of 0.10, but the game was played at 0.20 a spin and and as it’s a logic issue - Cannot be resolved at @Team.Videoslots (works both ways , ya get it ???)

Either fix the value of the free spins attached to this Game or don’t use this game

I participate as much as I miss these days in battles. mostly Monday's I sit out as I simply CBA (although did make the effort tonight)

Reason in the main being, it's depressing just thinking about redeeming the rewards more than actually doing it lol....

Said to wife earlier, can't even remember the last time I clicked a reward and got that "gamblers buzz" from it and this did used to happen surprisingly often.

Yeah Monday is by far the worst battle day, 2 hours just isn't enough time to beat the variance in the battles let alone the games that are running even less time. Managed 9 entries in Fortune Tellers and 1 was top 10 the other 8 were not, so 1 win in 1.5 hours.
