Resolved Videoslots non payment of January 2021 commission

Good to hear.
@Mr Wild I would strongly recommend to get rid of the new player quota. It is the reason why so many affiliates are having such payment issues. I would understand if it was a very small amount like 90 Euros or less. But if it is thousands, the affiliate should be paid no matter what, no questions asked.

Another very important thing. Your revenue share commission. Right now the ratio is this:
45% = 5.55%

It is extremely hard to get a "45% deal" and you get no more than 5% in reality. I hope this gets sorted out. Affiliates should not experience this.

Thank you.

It took about 2 months for me to get to the payment trigger of £100 only for it to be declined again, citing the same clause.

@Mr Wild and @Team.Videoslots - care to explain why no payment of what is a little money? We're not talking thousands here.....
A pal of mine had exactly the same issue, for several hundred, eventually did get it after considerable badgering and e-mail exchanges. We get rules limiting commission for certain levels of inactivity, but there should never be ANY reason to withhold money already accrued which should be paid out....

Yes, I followed those instructions only for your head of Affiliates to confirm no payment will be made.

The folks at Videoslots are at it again.

In the past, I have been messaged by previous affiliate managers to cease posting on the forums. They promised that this payment issue was resolved and I would get payments.

For the last year or so, they continue to pick and choose when they want to pay.

One month I'm paid, the next I'm told that the owners have taken a decision not to pay me.

I'll continue to bump this thread and keep it visible until you honour what I signed up for when I joined your program.

You can't retroactivity change the rules to suit yourself and withhold my earnings.

Operating for 13 years now, and we still never changed any terms that affect affiliates income or payments.

I know this. I have promoted your brands for years, been paid without hassle within 3 days like clockwork.

Thanks for having the integrity to honour the terms you recruited your affiliates on - this is why you continue to be one of the most trusted brands and management teams online!

This is an ongoing saga from 2021 or even earlier. I have been engaging the head of affiliates and it would seem the decision is taken by the people that run videoslots.

He submitted my payments last month and they just refused to pay.

Still waiting on a response.

I doubt I'll get one.

@Mr Wild - this was said to have been resolved on a number of occasions.

Thanks for the response.

You are basically telling me that there isn't an update.

Your affiliate manager and higher ups are aware, have been tagged and know the issue.

They just refuse to assist. As mentioned before, I will continually update the thread to show how I am being given the runaround.

Nate
