Firstly, kudos to VS for all you do for players. Now, having been spoiled with three things over time, Weekend Booster, Clash/Race and free spins every Tuesday are things we come to expect from you as a fine and adequate replacement to match bonuses, comps, etc that other casinos offer, and that is good. What I am a bit irked by is that lately the Tuesday Spins have been NetEnt, thus restricted to participate. Now last I checked my dollar stretches as far as the next guys. Could you not please run a second (concurrent) offer for people who live in countries where NetEnt is restricted, since it omits us now once or twice a month. Loved NetEnt when I could play it, don't get me wrong, but it would be a fairly easy fix to give us PlayNGo spins or something on weeks you decide to promote NetEnt…..pretty please? There are lean times sometimes where the daily deposits go south in a hurry, and I have come to expect and really appreciate my Tuesday spins. Chip and a chair as they say...even 10 or 15 spins can translate into hours of fun!

This is what happens when VS makes a person wait until they get their new ID before a withdrawal can be made. Nevermind that it has already been approved once, which equals me not making any deposits until then
The weekly Weekend Booster at Videoslots.com has just been credited to your account, and you received CAD0.78 from last week’s play. Congratulations!

Well that should boost the coffers a little more then! Your cutbacks seem to be on the RTP of the games you are adding too.
Out of interest, what is the lowest RTP of all the games on your site?

I'm waiting with baited breath to see the answer to that one!

Hi Everyone,

We have lots of games from over 100 different providers and there will be games with higher RTP than average as well as games with lower RTP. You can find the RTP for all our games here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
and then choose which game you would like to play.

@colinsunderland we will look into that and get back to you.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

Hi there @bebo67,

If you go the RTP page you can select either "Theoretical" or "Actual", the actual view shows the games current RTP at our site. Since the RTP is calculated over a huge amount of spins the actual RTP can go up and down a bit depending on how the game has paid out recently.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

I see you avoid a clear answer to my question. That is disappointing.

Hi @Tirilej,

We offer the games that the game providers offer and since we publish RTP for all our games it's up to each player to choose what they want to play.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.
I think her question and she can correct me if I am wrong is that, most players outside of here, which there is a lot, don't know to go and look at rtp's on a game before playing. I know I didn't. It was others here that taught me.

As I thought then. You don't care what games you offer to your players then, and if we don't have a clue about what rtp is, then we have only ourselves to blame.
Still it's suppose to just be entertaining.

Thanks for answering!

Hi again @Tirilej,

We do care about which games we put up, there has been a demand for more progressive jackpots and therefore we added Adventures in Wonderland Deluxe. And for example, Adventures in Wonderland Deluxe has the same RTP as Mega Moolah which is one of our most popular progressive jackpots.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

Couldn't you just have told that it was a progressive and I wouldn't have reacted at all? Silly

I wish VS would concentrate on fixing existing issues rather than bringing in things just to save a few pennies, the ridiculous situation of keep being logged out all the time would be nice if this was fixed.

Quick question please, more "wondering" than actually "bothered"

What has happened to the default bet setting on certain games, using DoA as main example.

Always opened at 0.90 credits
I could adjust to my desired stake, if I returned within a certain period my chosen stake would still be set, if it was a good while later, it would default back to the 0.90.

Now, even days later it is set to my last played stake?

Hello @Jono777

The Default bet for games can differ for each providers, we have not been informed that anything has changed regarding DoA's Default bet, however we can reach out to the provider and check this for you.

Br,
Team Videoslots.

Thanks for the reply.

Nope, no need to do that, as I say was just something I spotted and wondered about after so many years, that's all.

I guess maybe other casinos do it but 88% is inexcusable for online casinos. The reason why most casinos have 96-97 is because they do not have anywhere near the same overhead as a landbased casino. Offering or accepting 88% rtp on your casinos is pretty bad.
