Regarding the Loyalty concerns, here a simple idea that may work and also cut out some of the player niggles moving forward

Nothing too costly or unrealistic but how about this

Player (A) - A High roller deposits 2K (minimum) in a month - Regardless of withdrawals or losses, they receive 5% back guaranteed on the first of the new month, but in the form of free spins (EG: 100 x £1 spins)

Player (B) - A low roller deposits £200 (minimum) in a month - Regardless of withdrawals or losses, they receive 5%, again in the form of free spins on the 1st of the next month (100 x 0.10 spins or 50 x 0.20 spins)

Little, if any risk to the casino but as I say hopefully eliminate 90% of these little 'moans' - give that feeling of appreciation, something to look forward to, cut out visits to support asking for freebies, so I see as a win, win situation for all.

I know despite the reward being small, I'd personally feel appreciated by this small gesture and it also takes the edge off when the continuous losing streaks hit.

As I say, just an idea and not personally moaning or asking for anything.

Cheers, however I'll stick to where I "know the score" and get my dosh in 5 minutes on luckier days lol! Plus the invaluable forum support on here. VS sees 100% of my budget these days and am settled now so don't really want to change.

Who knows they may trial it, don't ask don't get. To be fair I think they're pretty generous, can't think of anywhere in the past 15 years where I've won 103 rewards and turned into nearly £80 wager free for nowt!

I noticed on the Northern Territory Gaming and Liquor website something a little new. One small link that im 100% sure wasnt there before. Its an "online gaming" link that allows any online operator to apply for a license to be able to legally provide online gaming to AU players. There no form or anything to fill out, they have to provide company info etc, but i did take note that the license does cover the Interactive gaming act that was recently updated. I also noticed that as long as the provider is licensed they are able to provide services to all states... though im not a lawyer..

agreed with you 100%, i had also glitch with pay in batlle for 25€, yesterday they credited my account for that amount, and error was on providers side

Haha, for comparison casino mate accused me of bonus abuse and begrudgingly credited my stuck winnings from a game as a "gesture of good will". It wasn't on a bonus round as they stated nor was it bonus funds. Just a regular game round that didn't add the winnings to the account balance, despite showing up in game history.

Really makes you wonder how often people don't notice the error.

There is no info to be gained as @Team.Videoslots wanted my account information. I told them it would solve nothing as the games work fine in Real Money mode! Having my account info won't do anything since the only way you can play the slots in "fun play" is to not be logged into the site to begin with and for blueprint games, this does not work. :/
