1) Gemix: I play daily. I have finished the 10000 reward last week, but the 550 and 700 are not going any where, yet I have risen 3.5 levels since last week. When checked, I get told its fine, it just resets itself. I call bull on this one.
2) Placed 400 and something in the race, and only 18 dollars? 7 dollars more if I had placed in the thousands!
3) Rewards for leveling? 15 free spins on a game that Canadians cant play, and a 2x race.

I have a simple question and a suggestion. (may have been asked before or suggested before, so if so apologies!). I was just looking through my achievements and such, and had a couple of quick thoughts..

When completing achievements such as, win X amount of times - what is classed as a win? And although that sounds silly, I mean - is it literally any win .. say i alter paylines in book of dead for example.. is the counter
for these achievements based on any win at all regardless of bet/paylines? (might sound a silly question, but I just wondered if all wins 'register' for the achievement regardless ) That was just a random thought I had
while looking at my achievements

Talking of achievements , maybe a suggestion - but could it be possible (in future or something), when you highlight an achievement and it shows its progress - could there be a visible number/percentage or something
to give you an actual number to see? instead (or as well as) the completion bar?

Any win counts towards the achievements/trophies regardless of the bet size.

We will forward the feedback regarding being able to see percentages for each achievement. However, you can already now press the little button on the right side of the game (only for desktop) that says "Open trophy tab" and see your progress in numbers.

So I am currently playing Thunderstruck on a bonus at Videoslots.

MG state its payout is 96.1% in their game rules, VS have it listed as 96.7% T-RTP on their site.

According to the VS bonus terms and conditions, the wagering contribution this game will be making is as follows:

96.1% - 97.5%
96.2% - 95%
96.3% - 92.5%
96.4% - 90%
96.5% - 87.5%
96.6% - 85%
96.7% - 82.5%

Am I getting a 97.5% contribution to wagering (which I should be getting), or 82.5%? It's not a trivial difference.

It's really rather disconcerting when quite basic information such as this is flat out wrong.

For starters weekend booster's, what I get now to what I got pre 2018, those EOM figures are way down month after month. Especially considering deposits for 2018 are approx 2x higher.

Worst of the worst:
July 2018 456.80 ($12K dropped)
August 2018 785.06 ($11K dropped)
September 2018 463.35 ($18K dropped)

Seems the higher I gain in XP levels, the less and less I receive. Yesterday reached XP level 495. My account is AU$. Converting € to AU$, that's $8,054,488 in total wagered to achieve XP 495. What do you supposed I got for that? 1K in slots race points. For that $8K deposited I got a €1 battle ticket and 6 @ 5 free spin tokens at 0.10 a spin.

Usually don't air my grievances in public forum. Instead, sort it out internally with Jonathan at the loyalty Dept. He does what he can, I appreciate that. Though, it seems he's mostly hobbled.

Gambling is a "risk" I accept that. And I only wager what I can afford to comfortable lose. But, as a High Roller I'm certainly not receiving anything near what I should in loyalty. For all that cash dropped, I've not once, not one single time, have I ever reached spot #1 in the weekly races. This year alone, over $100K dropped. In weekly races if I get $50 I consider it amazing.

There it seems lays the problem. This month $8K dropped and lost, the game token rewards were: a €1 battle ticket and 6 @ 5 free spin tokens at 0.10 a spin.
I wager more in a single bet, than the combined total bet value of all those free spin tokens.

I travel and earn frequent flyer points. I''m loyal to one airline. Just as I've been loyal to VS for years.
