I got an e-mail for 20 free spins in Fu Er Dai before bed but when I tried to redeem them, they said there was an error in the system. I tried again and they said they had been redeemed. However, the spins are not there when I load the game. Can you look into this? I'm sure I was among the first 2000 people.

Send an email to [email protected] and they will credit them manually. There was some tech issue earlier.

Level 217 - and let me tell you, don't get excited about reaching higher levels as the rewards will rather decrease in value. A few hundred spins with 3x or 4x booster or race points for reaching level 100 or 200 was the top of the class! :rolleyes: :D That is $1Million and $2Milllion wagered at the casino!!! And you get extra race points..pfffft! :D
 
I have been playing other accredited casinos more lately and have to say no one compares to Videoslots. Yes some rewards seems like nothing but combine with weekend booster and casino race there a lot more generous than most. Im over level 250 and agree rewards seem small for the level we are at but its 100% more than most other casino give and in the end its all about luck. In the past from a $56 weekend booster I turned it into $5100 the amount of play time I had I also received 2nd or 3rd place casino race. I have once come in first place with only a $30 deposit just had a good run again was just lucky. I have had luck like this 3 or 4 times with Videoslots and no other casino gives me the same experience. I have learned appreciate what I get not to say sometimes I may not be disappointed with some rewards like when I reached level 200 but were not entitled, so what comes my way I appreciate it if I don't like it I just don't activate the reward.I do think they should reward there customers on there BD and bring back a better VIP system which would show there more intune with there players. I just want to injoy my playtime and dream someday of a mega win on Bonanza lol.
 
Agree with what's said above and fair enough.

However I strongly feel, loyal, regular, honest players (such as us here at CM) would much prefer say 25-50 FS at 0.20c (which is virtually no risk to the casino at all) than we would 2x, 3x, 1000x race points or weekend booster 'enhancers'

That way we'd actually feel rewarded, even if just slightly, the race points "rewards" may as well be removed altogether, they will make little if any impact on the outcome when up against hi rollers and thousands of other active players.

I activated a 4x on next 500 spins last night, session was dead from the start so had to head for DoA (my usual play tactic to at least hope for some play time) and not one pop up to say I'd advanced as DoA I believe doesn't contribute to the race, as I say PLEASE lets swap these pointless rewards for something at least partially ok for us players and another PLEASE, lets do it not just pass it on to the relevant department

Unfortunately, the decision to remake this is not in our hands. What we can promise to do is to carry this with us and make sure that your voices gets heard.

Regarding the points for the Casino Race, it is as Nikantw said regarding bet size, you need to wager at least €0.2 for it to count.

Saberon; its about the currency we use in VS and why we get games blocked
I have asked VS hundreds of times to let me change the currency and they always say no; very annoying

Now; just move your passion to play Donuts to Argo Casino where we play in Euros and no issues of blocked games or games taking ages to load or not loading like is happening at VS all the time!

It is a mixture of currency and country of residence. I know it from my personal experience. :)

I suspect that BTG being an Australian company had perhaps some mail from your government.

I absolutely agree. If I can add, there is free battles every day and SNG weekends once a month that gives the player free spins, and all of them are wagering free.

A few weeks ago, I was able to withdraw from plying with the balance combined weekends booster and some money I got from playing free spins was given as a prize from free battles. Technically I used two bonus money together, but I don't need to worry about wagering, max bet limit, prohibited game etc.

I know VS is not a casino for everyone, but for me, VS is the best, no casino can match up.

I know for a fact that Scientific Games is the one switching off Australians and therefore BTG but my guess of the currency been the blocking point is that we can still play BTG in other sites when country of residence is Australia but currency is other than AUD

Now; I wonder why all the games providers don't get together and push AU government to release this licence asap! Providers would gain heaps of having something in place with government and us players would have the option to freely play online :)

Since BTG is an Australian company and is paying taxes, why the mail?
Maybe because te ban was not for tax reasons. Obviously they love gambling, so maybe it was for something else? ;)

Can you please do something about this blue screen on PNG. It's happening a tonne takes 10+ refreshes etc over the past few days. Only seems to be loading with VS. PNG loads fine on mobile on other casinos.
