I have only seen it a few times playing, but there are plenty of screenshots and videos here and elsewhere showing the
extent of the problem, including one where the incorrect reel symbols were shown, apparantly causing a wrong win amount.
As I stated, BTG games worked perfectly on release, something changed.You should not need to clear the cache during play
as the problems should not be happenning in the first place.

Thanks for keeping us up to to date with all new releases Team Videoslots, but have you ever considered adding a bit more information beyond RTP, min/max bet and paylines?

I don't know how many details the game developers pass over to you as part of their release, but as players it'd be really handy if we could be furnished with just a couple more pieces of information.

The top two I can think of would be variance/volatility (something as basic as a 1-5 scale, or a 'peppers' scale such as 3Dice which is as simple as mild, medium and spicy), and an indication of what the bonus round is like (pick me, free spins, retriggering free spins etc). Max pay as a multiplication of stake would be handy as well, although I appreciate that can be misleading to an extent as a single number, and pay distribution is more important (hence variance/volatility).

With so many new slots being added to your casino on an ongoing basis it's effectively impossible to even give them all a decent try in freeplay, let alone work out if we want to commit some real funds to a session.

Do software providers literally just 'lob their slots over the fence' as it were, with no details beyond those reported here, or is there extra information around that we can avail ourselves of?

We are currently working on improving the information available for all the games we have on our site, where the suggested topics will, hopefully, be included. Regarding what we receive for new releases it varies a lot between different providers, where some are offering detailed breakdowns of features and such while some are offering very little more than the name of the game and a short explanation on the basics.

There are different settings in your payout page. The "Actual" is the one you mean.
The other one, the "Theoretical", gives the TRTP of the game that is inside the info pages of the game. That one is off for this game.

I would propose that the best way to sort the cruft would be a filter to sort games by RTP.

I said this weeks ago with the slot selection overkill. It'd be one thing if they're all triple-A releases but quantity does not equal quality, and the market's over-saturated to the point of farce.

It's actually more off-putting than enticing, not every provider's release has to be showcased, some quality control would be welcome

I am with VS on that. It's the most common problem with other casinos, player wants a game and it is not there.
I want to know I can find the game I want at VS. Even if it is just my curiosity to see what the RTP is. VS also has the most info about the games than any other casino.

After all, the games I hate are the games others love. Even if it is only a few, they can find their games at VS.

This really bugs me:

I stopped playing at VS due to abysmal luck for awhile and so recently got an email offer 100% up to $500.

I emailed loyalty and asked if the offer could be extended since I'd just had our first child and couldn't deposit without opening a new bank account, various prompt emails back and forth assured me that I could just deposit and email them once done and they'd credit the bonus.

Perhaps half a dozen emails asking about terms etc all responded to within an hour.

And so today I made the deposit of $500 and emailed "loyalty" requesting confirmation of the bonus..

2 hours pass and no response.
3 hours and I ask live chat when loyalty might reply to which they say "I don't know, try again in two hours"
5 hours pass and no reply...
Well after 15 hours without a reply I give up waiting since it's now 5am and just blow the whole $500 in about 5 minutes on Finn and the Swirly Spin (what a piece of shit) disgusted with videoslots "loyalty" response, they can forget about getting anymore money from me for another six months.

Edit: actually I think I'll wait an extra month to deposit for every additional hour they take to respond from now.

To clarify; what bugs me is how they are able to respond promptly when arranging for the customer to deposit but once they have the money they drop off the face of the earth. The VIP department (Kenny) used to be great but they decided we weren't worth the effort anymore, shows what they really think we're worth.
