1. Why are the skatelogic games visible to Canadians but we can’t play them.

2. the cookie banner is constantly there. And has to be x’ed out every single time. The banner says to go to the preferences for cookie policy on your site to adjust but no where does it have an option on your site to change anything.

1. We will investigate why they are visible for you and try to remove since you should not have to see games you cannot play.

2. It is a requirement that we show that text since we use cookies on our site. However, if you do not clear your cookies+cache or browse using a incognito window you should only have to do it once.

Regarding Berryburst, the difference is the volatility. Berryburst MAX has higher volatility.

I haven't cleared any cookies or cache for several weeks but I do have to click on that x nine times out of ten.

...and another thing. One of you told us you had fixed the rewards for Reel Steal too since it never have had any. It still doesn't show in the list so still nothing for that game.

When it comes to Tuesday freespins they do have some sort of calculation going on with counting free spin winnings, race money, cashback and bonuses, so even you have lost you maybe still have got too much back anyway.

Berry Burst Max is higher variance I think, with bigger wins possible. (IIRC Berry Burst has the standard modern low variance NetEnt profile, MAX is specifically designed to offer higher x stake pays.)

Unfortunately I can't see any NetEnt slots at VS so can't confirm. (I can see the category for them, but it's empty.)

Thanks I've done that but in the meantime I've sorted it myself, if I VPN to the UK I get the NetEnt slots, but on my Isle of Man IP I can't see any of them.

I should have known... I was wondering earlier when VS said it was on the edict platform which is where merkur / gamomat are provided from. That said, the games are ones that I have played on another site with a million games... :p

When we say RTG, we mean this provider that is shown in the screenshot below from an RTG only casino:

If its any consolation the fishing frenzy reel time gaming slot is actually okay:eek2:

Sorry i know i shouldn't but as soon as i read about the different reel time gaming slots arriving i burst out laughing and just found it so funny. I know for the ones waiting on RTG it is a big let down but maybe in time you will see the funny side of this as well.

Now better hide away for a while.
 
What I found the hardest to take in was that some people actually WANTED the RTG slots :confused:

Don't go dissing dem RTG! I have had crazy luck on them since my last few posts in the August screenshot has shown. :D

I can't hit for crap on Eye of Horus, El Torero, Knockout Wins, or... Fishin Frenzy, but the games have good potential so as others said, it isn't a complete loss.

I think you and several other casinos are missing a huge opportunity not rewarding your players on there BD.
This is one day of all days I think a player should receive a reward and many of us look forward to. An opportunity to show us you value us as a person not a number.
Your casino is very generous and almost perfect casino, but a birthday wish/reward would certainly make you stand out even more.
Perhaps you can reward players with a birthday wheel to spin for a prize or pick from birthday boxes or something would be cool which I have suggested before..... Just a thought! Maybe its not as important to players than I think but I do think casinos are missing an opportunity here.
