Thanks. I was under the assumption it was something that was suppose to be paid on every game, not something over time. And that was my fault, due to lack of understanding :)

Why does it say that you get 50 spins on book of dead if you deposit 20€ in english, but when i swap to finnish it says 25 spins.
How or when am i supposed to get the spins?

Never thought I would have a problem with a loyalty bonus.... @Team.Videoslots

I got a loyalty bonus today after I mailed that I had very bad luck this week.
This was yesterday.

While playing today, I got a loyalty bonus credited to my account, normally would be happy with that, BUT...
The bonus was credited at the exact moment that I got a bonus round on BoD with my real money.

What happened? I had a good win, tried to withdraw my real money, then the system took my Bod bonus win as it thinks it was bonus money also! However this was real money.
Now I don't have my bonus win of BoD and nor do I have my loyalty bonus anymore....

Had a live chat about this in the afternoon and was told it would get priority and department would credit me again, but it seems it doesn't have that much priority. Am waiting for hours for my own money now and it is nowhere to be seen... feels really bad that they can't credit me my own money.
Of course I believe they do their best to credit it, but after hours and hours this takes too long when I think I deposit lots in a month....

Well all right, just wanted to write this off me on this forum, feel disappointed about this situation!
 
For the life of me I cannot fathom how out of all my hundreds of dollars of deposits weekly I get a booster of $2.98 today.

I am a frequent depositor and not by any small means so quite frankly this is an insult of the highest order.

I am beginning to feel you are a sinking ship. Your live support are short, rude, unhelpful at times, your trophy system also needs major work.

Your free spin tokens may be many but are so below the belt that when I happen to win on a freeroll I now expect a set of 20-25 FS to give me less than $1 on even the 25 - 30c slots as it seems 95% of the tokens spins are dead spins. I've even had Failed Bonus on 20 - 25 Spin Tokens. Yes they are wager free, but you would require something to wager from them in the first place if they weren't.

In freerolls I see familiar names in the mid to high placing while the rest of us, who I can only assume are Aussies are mostly in the lower tiers.

And I know it's not just me. We all talk. Ask Dan. We share our wins and losses and have discussions even with some from other countries who do far better than us.

We are talking about 6 months or more of conversing too so I know it's not just me being salty.

In the 15 years or so years of playing online pokies and bingo I have never had to work so hard to get a decent win (something that outweighs my deposits) than when I joined Videoslots.

Now I may just be a drop in an ocean to what VS rakes in but if your slots hostility continues then my "loyalty" will be no more. I like playing on one site, (not that we have much of a choice these days).

Here's a classic example of the type of repo-mode I have to endure:

I'm nearing 50k total spins on Donuts, medium range wagers, my highest win is $470ish and my RTP is dropping down into 86% if it hasn't already.

My overall RTP is dropping too.

Consider this your absolute last warning. Last legs. Your repo-mode tyrade has gone on for far too long. At some point with all my deposits I should of won something screamworthy.

Have been in touch through mail with several departments but no one fixed the problem yet and it is only a small amount they have to credit me.
I will stop worrying about this since I don't think it's worth it but this case has made me feel more negative towards VS, I deposit lots in a year and then when there is a mistake from their end I have to wait a long time for them to correct it.
I know it can be difficult when this has never happened before but at least don't let your customer wait for his money when its clear it is not my fault...

Well, hope to see my funds today but i expect anything now, maybe even after this weekend...
 
Thunder kick games are unplayable on iPad.
I’ve had many free spins from thunder kick gone to waste cuz of this. The game no matter how much a swipe up does not appear. There is also another provider that it doesn’t work....but don’t remember who. Also can we stop giving canadian players free spins that we can’t play in our country. I’ve never gone to customer service to get it replaced cuz I feel silly asking for 5 free spins but now they are adding up.

You can download a browser like Puffin to get the desktop version of VS on your iPAd and all games are then loaded like on desktop.

Puffin is not suitable for gaming as the servers are in the US but there are others out there, sorry don't have a name. Google "puffin browser alternative for ipad".

Hi, yesterday i have seen in active feed that someone is playing beryburst max new slot from netent, looke up in news and new games not there, but when i typed name of that slot slot is there! no announcement from VS weird. But i had rly luck made 25 spins on 20p got few wins up to 30€
 
Some Providers should not have their games on mobile or iPad. They are unplayable. One such provider is skywind. I had to start up the game over 20 times. I gave up. It was worst experience ever. Not the first time. The other provider is red rake.

And having complained already about receiving free spins on games we are not allowed to play....I got these today.

Im a little upset with online chat and tell me fellow Casinomeisters if I'm wrong as I feel they would have had the info to help but instead they need proof.

I have my daily limit set to $100 today at17:37:08 I made a $50 deposit and just got a black screen and when I refreshed page there was no credit of $50 so made another transaction of $50 which went through. A while later made another $50 deposit but was blocked as says I reached my limit but clearly I only deposit $50. When I checked my account on Videoslots It shows 2 deposits of $50 One at 17:37:08 and another at 17:37:53 I was only credited the 2nd one and the deposits were less than a minute from one another. I'm not sure what happened to the first deposit but clearly wasn't credit but online chat couldn't or wouldn't tell me If the first one actually credited he tells me to send in proof to support through email. Ok fine but wouldn't he of knowing whether my account was credit 1 or 2 times in the time stated surly he could see that I played with $50 not $100. Not sure if Im out of line but I feel he could have been more of a help than he was and being told I have to send in proof made me feel he didn't believe me and made me think he didn't take the time to look into it.

My request for the withdrawal is staying as "pending" for 30 hours now.
I'm using bank transfer so I can't enjoy VS's ultra fast withdrawal like e-wallet or credit card/debit card withdrawal, the pending time for bank withdrawal used to be 12-24 hours, sometimes less than 12 hours, but now it seems much longer.
The withdrawal I made on July stayed as pending for a little bit over 24 hours...now it is 30 hours and +...

I already have contacted live chat regarding to this, and the answer I got was
"The withdrawal is processed everyday, yours will be processed during daytime today"-kinda robotic answer for someone who asks about why the withdrawal is on pending statues.
and I asked if it is processed daily why it is pending for more than 24 hours, the answer I got was "I don't know why it takes so long, maybe technical issue."
It seems like Live chat CS cannot or will not do anything about this, so I appreciate if you can look at it please.

There have not been any changes to our payout times and we always try to process the requested withdrawals as soon as possible. It is indeed a good tip, you can always ask the support to "flush" the withdrawal so that it cannot be canceled.

In fact for me the payout to bank account has never been quicker anywhere!

Today and yesterday had great luck, two withdrawals of both nearly 3K each.
Requested in the afternoon and reached my bank account not even an hour later!
Trustly has been a great choice Videoslots, I never had this option but now i have it and like I said I never ever had my money faster than now! :thumbsup:

Hello folks! I think there is already an answer here but over 400 pages so forgive me. :D
What is the policy in VS -> who gets tuesday spins and who not? I received them every week until 3-4 months ago something happened and I'm not in a "list" anymore. Just don't get it why. My activity has been on a good level last six months (over 1000e wagering every month and regular deposits). It's a bit strange I'm loyal customer but not in a list. VS chat can't tell anything about VS policy touching that "list" so could some one please explain something how you can get there? Thanks!
