I was just playing Gemix and doing poorly. When I was finished, I wasnt logged in. Wth???????? Has that happened to anyone, and how the heck does that even happen? I was logged in minutes before playing, because I did a battle.

jep did happend a lot few weeks back, thought that issue was sorted out.

Although you / your account may not show as logged into the Videoslots "framework" you ARE still logged into an active session. You will still get fair/the same server spin results and nothing at all is putting you at a disadvantage.

My word is proof enough lol, been playing years (too long lol) and talking from lots of experience. No reason for me to lead you down the garden path or give your poor information.

Lol. Its all cool, but on my end in game play its not showing. It shows 3 hours ago play but not the one where I was logged out. Dan is looking into it.

Well its being sent to the tech team, who I have zero faith in. The last time I dealt with them, my trophies were resetting themselves back to the beginning. It took them 3 weeks to look at and fix! And that is with Dan and I being on their butts! The money I was playing with were from what I won in free spins, that is all I have to play with because I have put limits on my account. What is that were deposited money? Anyone playing while not logged in, better go look at their game play after it happens.

Wife had similar (I think) issues before, as a 'heavy' DoA player, her "win 750 times in 1 day" achievement kept resetting prior to the 24h and she was continually noticing when she changed games, the site had logged her out and she then questioned whether she was losing race points, WB and in game rewards.

Pretty sure Dan sorted it though as not heard her mention it in a while so a fix is available and I'm sure he'll sort you out :)

I gave myself a " time out". It hasn't been a good VS day :) It could of been worse though. I could of won 5 k and it not be registering! :eek: Could you imagine? I'd borrow the money and fly to Malta, camp out on their tech teams door until it was fixed :laugh: I really hope they get it fixed so that doesnt happen.
 
Yeah, I wouldn't expect that sort of bonus, I only ever deposit £25's (occasional £50 once in a while) but that's about it. - Although VS is now my most played and sees 80%+ of my weekly budget so maybe one day......:p

Not 100% sure with this sort of thing mate, however the members, reps and mods here did help me out with a new PC a while back. ("Time for a new PC" thread)

What I'd suggest tho Geoff is to make a brand new thread so more are likely to notice and help you out :thumbsup:

What browser/OS are you using?

If you're on Windows 10 then Edge is by far the most efficient browser to use. Chrome is bloaty crap these days, Firefox is a decent option if you're still on Windows 7 or 8.

Dont do what I did,brought a new tablet not having a bloody clue that they are classed as mobile devices and still cant legitimately play battles

$599 won't buy a good one with a SSD drive, but should be sufficient for a good HDD drive.

Main factors for a good gaming laptop are:
- separate, high-quality graphics card (don't go for an integrated card)
- plenty of RAM, for a laptop that is min. 8GB, better 16GB

Invest $1,000 and you can get a good hybrid model SSD/HDD with something like 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD.

I get the logged out while playing and in a coincidence game plays very cold everytime it happens
