I tend to go for DoA, Bonanza, Jungle Spirit, Secret of the Stones in the main - I have not really changed much lately, tried testing on the freeroll battles to see what has potential but nothing ever does for me.

I am not greedy, some decent play time would do but can't even remember the last time i had that.

I finally closed my account there. I am free! Last week their Support told me that 70% RTP is "actually good" I can only warn people to start playing at videoslots. I play online slots since 1999 and i can tell you that there is really something wrong with this casino and the RTP is not controlled by the slotprovider....this is for sure. When i read the threads in here about RTP and how random the slots are i just have to laugh....and i am not the only one.

When their Support suggest that a RTP is very good I guess it needs to be taken in context. If "A" prefers long game play then it is more likely that they will have a more reduced RTP than "B" who is happy to hit and run with a modest cash out.

I have made a couple of deposits within the past 7 days. As soon as i managed to increase my starting balance by 50% the RTP went down until there was only 50% of my deposit left. Then my balance increased again to 75% of my deposit before it went down to 0. Always the same behaviour. When i played casinoclub.com i turned a laughable 25.00 euro deposit into 75.000 playing roulette and slots, when i play videoslots.com i don't even manage to double up my deposit. I don't know what the problem is but it doesn't matter anymore because i'll never play there again. I will make a 200 Euro deposit at riverbelle, take the 100% bonus, get some playtime and if i lose it does not matter because i am up there. I have had it all, the 4 wild desires, the wildlines, the x10000 GoT, the 3000x knights life, 3000x georgie porgie and so on...geezes christ i accidently won 19000 when i called a tv show for fun so i don't even know why i am complaining here. I'll just move one and play somewhere else. Good luck to those who keep trying at videoslots.
 
@wsch, that is some crazy, crazy lucky streak when you manage to win €75,000 on a €25 deposit:thumbsup::eek:. I had a few sessions where small deposits resulted in 400-600 cashouts, but that's it. I can assure you it has nothing to do with VS. I had lots of bad runs for many months when low rolling on small deposits, but had some decent net wins (ranging from 800-1500) the past couple of weeks (granted, on higher weekly deposits of 200-300).

Me playing stubbornly Bonanza at €4 a stake when the game is not in a giving mood is responsible for a great deal of my losses...

I have had good results when i played bonanza or DHV at videoslots. I like those slots but after a big hit you shouldn't touch them for a couple of weeks.

What are your cash out expectations? If you expect to turn 100 into a few thousands then that is not going to happen. If you doubled your money, do you cash out or go for glory?

can you elaborate on this...cuz i can't find the thread....and the way i understand it is that the casino dictates the rtp they want....so i am not understanding why slotmaster has said that you said some providers have lowered their rtp...and so slotmaster is implying that this is why, at least some of us have had a terrible time at VS...cuz it has been an absolute horror show for greylady, and for me these last few weeks. and i never complain...

and do you get paid in a timely fashion...or does your withdrawal stay reversible for more than 24 hours on a week day and more than 96hrs on the weekend....and do you trust riverbelle and casinoclub....

Hi Dan,

I made a suggestion a few posts ago. Not sure if you missed it? The suggestion was to have a weekly newsletter where you let us all know the slots you have added for the week, if any of the slots RTP's have changed (I believe some providers do change them occasionally) etc. This saves a player having to check the games help file or the page you linked to each time they want to play a slot to check whether it is the same as before.

This is an interesting idea regarding the weekly mail, I think I missed this previously, or it has slipped my mind :)

About the RTP, there are several things that need to be done if the provider decides to alter the percentages under UKGC rules, most importantly for this discussion is that the player will be informed the next time the game is started and before a bet has been made.

and the audio on my ipad for your site does not work...works for every other casino and website....some of the MG games have audio on your site but it seems all new ones have none....

I really can't see this, I know you have said this numerous times but my wins on every game I play are the lowest at Videoslots in comparison to other casino's and long term have taken the largest number of spins to trigger the feature - this is not by a margin but by a massive difference. I know slots are supposedly random but so is luck and there is nothing random about my play, I win once every few months and everything else I play goes stone cold, it definitely feels as if a switch has been flicked.

I don't understand why you think so. Why would they do that to you and not me? If they were smart it would be better to chose me for never winning instead since I never would mention it anyway.

I have tracked the spins and wins across five casino's since August last year, all data is kept on a spreadsheet and when I average out the spins to trigger a feature and the wins from those features across all of them for the purposes of comparison, Videoslots has the highest average spins to trigger any feature and the lowest average wins out of all of them over that period.

The evidence speaks for itself - my spreadsheet :)

If that is what you feel, believe, think then you should really stop playing there. I have never noticed any difference in playtime there or anywhere else. I don't save any data though since I play because it's fun. Of course I lose too but every deposit is a new deposit, and every time I start a game is a new session, not a continuing from the last one.
See it that way and it can be easier to lose, or change place if you believe they are doing something to certain accounts. I know for sure they are not!

I didn't accuse them of doing anything to accounts :) It was about Dan saying they offer the best RTP for the players.

Maybe try some low(er) volatile slots? These slots are mostly all or nothing; in your case nothing and losing your money very very quickly.
Start less volatile ones till you think luck is back and then try DoA or SoS. Lucky again? Try the other ones, but keep in mind those are (almost) the most volatile slots at this moment available!

Beside this you need to know you are definately not the only one losing money for a long period. Constantly you see screenshots and videos from people winning 100x - 1.000x. You'll never see the same people making deposit after deposit, and not just low rolling with min bets, but loose a pretty decent amount of money week after week...
 
I have done well on Videoslots for many months in at least making $750 CAD ( Since it needs to be over €500 ) wager on usually a single $50 CAD deposit and that also isn't counting that after I redeem my freespin rewards over the two weeks, that I get about $50ish back which helps. This time though a few days ago... It was the worse I have ever done. I deposited $160+ and wagered just over $600 and I am out of gambling funds for the month so for my first time in a long while, I can't play in the freerolls. :/

This doesn't mean that VS is bad though as two weeks ago, I cashed out ahead and most of the time, I usually lose not much more than $50 - $100 in order for me to get access to the freerolls and that is fine by me. I have had bad sessions at Rizk, Dunder, Etc... where the deposit lasts minutes so I don't think anything has changed at VS. My lucky streak might have, but it happens to everyone.

My cashout goal since I make small deposits is 2x my balance which is $100 ( Since I deposit with $50 ), sometimes on other casinos if I play for awhile and I am maybe 1.5x to 1.75x my balance or so, I just cashout since the end goal is to have fun and even if the profit is small, it is better than losing it all!

What a useless comment and an insult to her because she feels cheated and mentioned it??, so do I actually (have better play elsewhere), and agree with her, but since its not your casino or experience... Why do you have to be involved in anything? Don't think she mentioned you.

Maybe because Trilej is actually right?? She is not doing it to insult GreyLady she is a fine woman and good member here. BUT by using stats or tracker and stating that Videoslots takes longest to trigger features etc is just bla bla as its all random and each spin is taken from Slots Providers servers. Does not matter at all what casino you play at unless its Rogue and running pirated or not regulated slots end off.

You must have misunderstood my dear (i am not being sarcastic here i like u as member here at CM) what they mean with RTP is that they offer the highest possible RTP for each Slot not that they offer higher or the best for all casinos. Wish you best of luck and really hope luck comes your way. If not at VideoSlots then at least somewhere else.
 
Oh gosh sounds like alot of people feeling like me all round after having a brief flick through the threads. Omg though I am Having such a bad turn at VS this week! Had to laugh at my tuesday voucher spin wins a whopping .20cents Lol!! It is very disappointing and even the usual saviour for me even battles have been depressing...

@Dan.Videoslots - Seriously again what is the hold up with withdraws again, 2 hours again. This is just getting stupid now. This is now happening nearly everytime I manage to do a withdraw. This is just not good Dan. Really sick of this now. I think i will stop playing at videoslots

Trust me I feel your pain. I lowered my deposits because I was donating. Never getting above my deposits by maybe 20 dollars. Not just sometimes.ALL the time! This has been on going since October last year. I have gotten now that I am just depositing 10 to stay afloat. Crappy play time even at the lowest bets. My deposits for January was 450 dollars the first 2 weeks. I got 14 dollars in cashback for the month and maybe 30 in race money. I had to throw in 10 dollars on the weekend because my two weeks were up for the battles. December was just as bad, November and October. Any PlayNGo games are horrofic since the change.
 
My VS sessions have been pretty chipper overall, had some nice little cashout-able amounts from both deposits, free spins & battles.

Slightly marred by my not being verified there, but all-in-all I've always liked their approach and customer- friendliness :D
