7 working days dont seem to get any resolution ?

I am just tired. If i have clear screenshots and i just need to wait allways 1-60 days for answer for someone it is sick.

I am lawyer ( lets put it straight ), so i can go to court in finland ( after that 21 days which MGA gives )and it will cost 60+ 10000 € ( state expensive ) for one state expensive to videoslots

And court will just calculate working days, casino works 24/ 7hours 365 days.

And which days are you counting as working days? as I said, bank holidays and weekends do not count as working days in the UK

ok. there is six , you are right.. but why other casinos will get answer in 48 working hours and Videoslots dont get it in 144 working hours .

Explain me this and then ask me shut up xD

there is working days 20-22 of december and 27-29 of december... Normal working days..

I am not saying it isnt a long time to wait, and I got no idea why either. All you can do now is wait. Dan has said he has contacted them again. Good luck :)

Yes i will wait.

But wait when you will have this waiting time and dont have any kind of contact of them for hole of this time..

This is idiotict that i need to pressure Daniel for this. But havent get any answer from cs in 11 days ;). So what can i say?

If it would be first or second reminder it would be OK. But this is 3 one.. So i dont know what to chill about anymore.

Then it would be allways " Chill ".. I have new year also. , why Videoslots dont pay me and i could calm down and chill here.. ??

I must repeat my self. : 11 days has been gone , tomorrow 12 day. and if after that goes 9 days it will go straight in Finnish court. Court is faster but cost 10k to it who will lost it.

I am not waiting allways this MGA decision. which takes 2-4 months.

Dan I also tried Gem Hunters yesterday and again today but can't get it to load. I have tried clearing cookies and using different browsers but nothing works. I get a pic on the screen that looks like it is trying to load (similar to a spinning wheel) and it has the words "This game is licensed in Gibraltar" at the top of the screen but no game loading.
