Can you explain the lost limit to me cause I obviously dont get it. I changed it from $1 to $99 ...played a bit and won $130 and cashed out. Played a few freerolls...and then suddenly it blocked me again saying my loss limit reached.

$600 lost to get 2 weeks of battles and this loss limit thing on battles ruined the entire 2 weeks of battles
 
Since the system only counts losses, it doesn't know the difference between a balance on a freeroll and your actual balance so this means you can only play a few freerolls until the limit is reached since you are losing $10 - $20 each battle.

The loss limit works likes this, you are able to set how much you can lose during a chosen period of time, when that loss limit is reached you will not be able to place anymore bets this includes battles as well, the loss limit is based on the outcomes of the bets for example. If you bet €1 your remaining loss limit will decrease by that amount, but if you win €1 your remaining loss limit will increase with €1. You can change or remove your loss limit, this will take place 7 days after you change it, unless you want to decrease your limit then it will take place immediately.

Are you guys able to put a warning when implementing a loss limit so players know that this effects freerolls too. I doubt any out there would expect that freeroll battles are banned too as your system think you can lose money on $0 buy ins. Pretty disappointed I qualified for the 2 weeks of battles and cant play any of them and when asking for 2 weeks to be added since it isnt clear the policy, I was told no. Then the support agent went out to suggest I had a gambling problem because I said I lost $600 to be qualified for them but didnt get to play any.

I set my loss limit to $100 as I like to just enjoy the battles sometimes with no risk. And I won $130 on a $25 deposit. Cashed out and played some battles. And was blocked the next day saying I reached my loss limit somehow.


Pretty insulting all around and very surprised not having 2 weeks of battles added to my account because of this issue and flaw in your system. Every time someone clicks spin on a free roll battle your system is thinking that each loss in a spin is a real money spin.

I just want to add I think the support agent axel is very short and quite rude. When discussing the topic with him he suddenly says its pointless to discuss this basically because he is just support.

Not happy.

I have looked at the email and think there might have been a slight misunderstanding as they agent was not trying to imply that you have a gambling issue but I do feel he could have just worded it better.

No I mean like add it in the wording where the description is. Some people really look forward to these battles and some are very low rollers who cant afford much. They would be gutted if this happened to them

And for the record, I totally agree with Lockinlove. I would never had suspected that freerolls would be disallowed when putting a limit on your account. Has absolutely nothing to do with your losses and sometimes the only thing we can hope for when we have no monies left is to get some winnings from the free spins.

second is that suit em up hold em. In paytable clearly reads 2500€ for straight flush.. ? but now when i goed to info for that game, there reads my hand and other cards must fully come to straight flush..

2 different saying.. paytable says yes. game info says no. ????

who is responsible for that? 2 different saying. If paytable says 2500€ , it is 2500€. other wise there should read : if you dont get jackpot bet read t&c..

In game dont read that you must read hole t&c for every bet.

There reads in paytable that if i get straight flush : it gives me 2500€
