When I was playing it the other night, I kept getting like one screen superimposed on top of anther screen, one screen was displaying in English and the superimposed one on top was in German i think - it does rectify itself within seconds but it happened a few times. I will capture a pic the next time it happens.
 
Just an fyi, the problem is with chrome. If you have your hardware accelerator turned on this is now the issue that happens since the update with bonanza. If you shut it off it works...or change browsers.

I sat there and turned it on and off myself and each time the game changed from working to not working
settings>advanced>system

Actually yes except mine was already off, turned it on and checked bonanza and everything is fine now, Also the house I am in boosted their internet speed supposedly so will see how that works with videoslots as well.

Thanks for your advice, but unfortunately tuning off hardware accelerator didn't help me.
I tried to play Firefox instead of Chrome, it's same. Bright white light.

I don't think it is happening to everyone, last night when I couldn't play Bonanza, Harry was playing it on Videoslots, he uploaded a few pictures on Bonanza thread.

I also just checked other casino, it's same, white light, so I think it's not Videoslots problem.
I'll wait a few days and if it's not fixed, probably I'll send a private message to Big Time Gaming rep.

It is not exclusive to videoslots. I checked on slotsmillion and it does the same so it is a BTG problem

First one is that our tech department has now implemented a fix for players who gets logged out all the time.

I can not guarantee that this works for all our players so please send me a PM with your username with info what time it happened and what device you played on to make it easier for us to find the issue.


The second update is that BTG have found the issue that you all have been talking about and they will soon release a fix for it.

Hi Daniel,

nope, that fix didn't fix anything I'm afraid, it is getting worse every day.

Current situation:

1. background log-out --> every 20 - 30 minutes
2. in-game log-out --> every hour which leads me to the conclusion that it has something to do with the RG settings.

1. happened the last time about 22.15pm (GMT+7)
2. happened just now after exactly one hour of play

Either, way the casino is becoming slowly unplayable, i certainly have no joy whatsoever anymore. :o

We are still working on implementing this popup that will tell the exact reason why a player got logged out or with a code so it makes it easier for us to understand why it happens. We do understand that there is an issue and it is a high priority for us to fix it.

While we are at it, please tell BTG to get their a**e of the chair and fix the lag on Bonanza when after a cascade no new winning combination falls in. Waiting 5 - 10 seconds after every winning spin is just ridiculous. :mad:

Good morning Dan,

well, not good for me. Logged-in this morning and did not even manage to play one battle (13th place at that point) before getting logged out in the background. That was maybe 10 minutes!!! :mad:

No pop-up so far when it logs me out.

Sorry to say this Dan, but it is getting beyond ridiculous. Won't log back in and deposit somewhere else!

Some of us just stopped complaining about it...and played elsewhere...some good days and some bad days....and the other problem....I get an error has occurred now when I play every single battle...

Its been 2 weeks since you reported it, I wouldn't like to have a gameplay problem with BTG (ie winnings not credited or something) if it takes this long for a reply from them.
In the meantime I've started playing it elsewhere I'm afraid where theres no lag, I'll come back when its sorted.

BTG did say in the other thread it looks like a server problem, and as they don't run gaming servers surely its up to you to fix?

I did also inform last time that we do not host any slots our self. What they maybe did mean is that the third party providers they are using such as NYX are hosting their games. So this is something that BTG and NYX will have to solve and we are talking with both to see what the issue is.

Excellent, thanks Dan. You should maybe play it on VS on freeplay then try skyvegas on freeplay and see how much the gameplay is there so you have an idea of what people are complaining about. It's honestly like playing 2 different games!

On another note, you far away from allowing UK customers to play novomatic, not sure if you are aware but the moving games banner on the main page shows the novo games to UK customers (although we can't start the game).

Hi all,

I just want to give you all an update on the progress we have done when it come to our prepaid cards and verification.

We have now implemented so our system can see if the player have made a deposit with a prepaid card or not. We have also noticed that e-wallet cards also registers as prepaid cards and those needs to be verified since you can make withdrawals to them.

We are right now working on a solution were the player can choose if they want to verify their prepaid card or not.

Yes you will still have to verify your prepaid cards for now. The new solution will be so you can go under your profile and choose to not verify your prepaid card. This means that you will be able to withdrawal and dont have to contact the support every time or go thru the verification process every time you want to withdrawal when you have used a new prepaid card.

This feature is something that we will implement in the near future and we dont have it live yet.

Our team will now be able to see if you have used a prepaid card or nott and hopefully make it a bit easier for everyone using a prepaid card until we have our new solution live.

Hi Dan this might have been discussed a lot before. So I am sorry to ask but is there a reason why you can not just set the freerolls to max 5000 instead of having them on 1000?? like the bigger amount of free spins ones. As the amount of prizes is the same anyways why not just open up for more people in all of them? I missed on the one earlier tonight my own fault as got on to late but bit frustrating trying to register and says max amount of players at only 1000? I mean it does not cost you anything more and will have more happy players? :)

Ps i do know u sometimes set them to 2000 players.
On other hand i just got to think about that when no more then 1000 players are in them then we all have a bigger chance to win something compared to competing against 5000 so I guess my question is answered haha :P

My idea would be maybe do some better prizes ones with lower amount of players? Tournaments for players who deposit more and play more could be a good idea maybe :)
 
Update for those with disconnections!

After Dan informed me yesterday afternoon (ON A SUNDAY) that they might have found the problem that causes the disconnections, I played for over 3 hours on Bonanza. All smooth, no disconnects, neither in-game or in the background. And even the lag on the cascades on Bonanza seemed negligible or rather non-existent.

Great job Dan and VS team! Appreciate the relentlessness and effort to solve this mystery. :thumbsup:

And please Dan, enjoy your Sundays more, you need some time off now and then! :D

Thank you for your question, I understand your point completely! however we like our battles to have a social aspect to them, if there were let’s say 5000 players in one battle at a single time we feel players would lose the opportunity to engage with other players and enjoy the experience of battle of the slots. Also, as you say if there were 5000 players in a game the chances of getting top of the leader board would be much more difficult.Thank you for your idea, we are always looking for new ideas for Videoslots, I will discuss this internally and this could possibly become a reality soon.
