BTG say they don't have any gaming servers and it's all ran from the casinos own servers, is that not correct? It was in response to being asked about the lagging issue, they said it was likely a server issue so would need to be the casino who fixed it.

Oh dear, you poor thing. My heart goes out to you. Done it a few times with smaller amounts, even won and loss them a few times over while waiting for withdraw which was intense but always gonna end badly. Dont go lookin for it again, just cut away and be happy with the memory, even with the shit result.

Funny how a casino can have a deposit feature without KNC approval but no withdrawal feature, even if its just a holding area one needs to access to return to player account. When somebody wager $20 per spin, $1000 wouldn't last long. It' like you deposit $10 and play 20 cents per spin.
A few days ago, I deposited $10 and played 10 cents per spin, it lasted like half an hour or so.

He should put the lock on his account for a few days, since it is very easy to do on VS, just a couple of clicks.
