Here's another strange thing Dan.

- after withdrawing my balance earlier I just closed my web browser (Chrome) without logging out and then closed the laptop which shuts it down
- went out for dinner with my son, come back after over 1 hour, open Chrome, load Videoslots and I am still logged in!!!!!

So, I get logged out constantly when playing but not when i close browser and shut down my laptop!!!

Please check with your tech team as this is a serious safety lapse! What if my 8-year old is opening the laptop while I am sleeping and accidentally gets onto the Videoslots site?

It is my contention that,as Videoslots state, the free battles run exactly the same as if you where playing with free money. So if a number of people win wildlines and 5 scatters in DOA or mega wins on the likes of JackHammer2 and Secret of the Stones while in a free roll Battle then those "hits" count toward the obligations of the RTP without having to pay out on those mega wins.

Well in over 10 years of playing online Videoslots "VIP" is by far the worst. You will basically never get anything. Actually you get less as especially the race money is small unless you are in top 10, the freerolls are quite useless as are the fs rewards.

I have once got a small match offer for my birthday and that was about 1% of the previous 3 weeks losses running well under 90%. The only ones who get anything are their streamers or their highrollers who deposits well over 100k/year.

And the level rewards continue to be as good as useless, wager 50k for something that is worth next to nothing.

Logged back in last night (1st September) and saw there was still £70 available to earn in bonus funds. So I deposited another £100.
