Thanks for the reply. I know all this. You have pmed me this. And I did wager more, like 20 times more, and deposit more, 20 times more. Took (almost) no bonus ever, but I think you don't mean only bonus money by that, do you? "Rarely" you say, but I never get free spins. Never ever since the "change". Clearly, deposit more, wager more doesn't work.

So, although your answer probabply applies to many cases, there has to be more to it. Is it geo-targeted promo? It has to be by the looks of it. You must have excluded certain markets from ever getting Tuesday free spins ever again. Unless you have a deposit threshold of 1000 per month or more (maybe just for markets like Asia), Tuesday free spins are only available to certain markets, forever.

It is the only explanation. And I am fine with it, I just want to know.
I am thinking about moving to Malta anyway. :D

I get free spins via e-mail, but I also have only been able to cash out once since last September. I don't get bonuses, and I play quite a bit and last but not least. My play time almost Always suck! I just suck at gambling. lol. My weekly cashback reaches 20 dollars @ least once a month, the rest is 5- 8 dollars a week. Thats how bad I suck! :D

Just had that promo email for that new promo that is running from the 28th to the 13th.

I got the email 2 days late.

So i clicked the link in the email and it said the game was captain cashfall. So it said spins 150 times on captain cashfall which i just did, and it taken 3 deposits. And I didnt get the reward. So i then went to live chat and they said that game was not todays game. And i was like OMG that is not right. so i then instead of clicking the link from the email again went to the news section and it says the game is now Rolling Stoneage spin 100 times on that one.

Captain Cashfall was a joke of a slot. Openbet slots are such a joke they are the worst of the worst why are you even promoting them.

But anyway, below i will attach a screenshot as proof.

I got that email too today, but when I clicked the link I got to a page that said I must have come to the wrong place:eek2:
I just assumed the promotion hadn't started yet.

Well Dan did sort it out for me, he told me it was a reminder email that had the wrong link in it.

But they did honour it and i did get the reward from Dan, And as always i dont and didnt get free spins or the cash one, i of course got the multiplier 2X 150 spins current race. It really is a joke.

The reward system at VS sucks soo much i hate it. I never get anything from loyalty either as i mentioned in other threads in the past about VS. I have deposited thousands and thousands here, i really do not know how much but it is in the 5 figure sum, And yet All i ever get from loyalty or promos they run is multipliers for cashback or race spins. And to give you a better idea, Yes i did do that hard crazy level 20 about 5 or 6 months ago as well and im now level 26. So this gives you a better idea how much i have wagered and deposited. Cos you all know you have to wager 200K just for level 20 alone. And all u get was 100 spins on gonzos quest at min bet. it really is a joke reward system it really really is.

What is more is i even asked Jonathan from loyalty in one of the many phone calls i had with him if the high rollers also get the same free spin rewards at min bet. And you know what he said, yes everyone gets the same regardless of if your a high roller or not. Just wanted to mention this.

Then getting back to above statement.....

And getting free spins from playing the slots when doing the achievements are also few and far between and also suck cos they are always at min bet, when i do not do min bet i do higher stake spins when i play.

I mean dont get me wrong VS is an awesome casino, Dan is awesome too. But seriously fed up with the loyalty system here. And you know what i have now just decided that this is it. I no longer play at VS and boy do I miss what they actually do give to the players. I have looked elsewhere and nothing beats the rewards that VS gives, whether you lose or win.

Kenny is an awesome VIP manager. Yes, I did have some whinges and moans to him when nothing was forthcoming when I lost money but having said that, the grass is certainly not greener elsewhere.

And DreamRJ, with respect that last sentence of yours sounds like blackmailing / threats. You are "only" a level 26 player and that is nothing compared to what proper high rollers put in. They put in what you put in each month probably in a week.

It wasnt a threat, it is my frustration. And also i know others probably put that much in, in a month but that is beside the point. They should still reward us better. I will edit my above statement to add it is not a threat and is merely frustration.

Oh I can see the frustration and believe you me, I have vented my frustration to Kenny too at times and I was a level 60+ player when I stopped playing there.

But just compare what VS gives to say Rizk with their "you just won 5 free spins" wheel of Rizk.

I currently play at Novibet Casino. They have wager free cash back, just as VS has. If I compare the cashback that I received there to all of the rewards at VS, VS is just ahead on a comparable wager level.

And also remember that when you lose, the VIP managers do a disappearing act only for them to appear again after you made a nice big fat juicy withdrawal!!!!

Yep i am not saying that VS is worse than Rizk and believe me I to have played and deposited a lot at Rizk as well. And yes your right the wheel stinks soo much.

But I am talking more across the lines of that the VIP managers should be giving extra free spins or cash bonuses even if the cash bonuses have WR on them is beside the point. They should still do them as an added extra to keep us happy.

And yes your right the VIP managers do disappear when you lose a lot and when they do reappear they give you the same pointless rewards, 2X or 3X 100 race spins/cashback or 150 or 250 or sometimes 500 race spins/cashback spins. It is just insulting cos they then think oh we will give them these so they deposit even more and lose more. No offense intended, but what exactly could Dan do? He is the games manager. Loyalty issues can be taken up with Phil. It sounds like you are dragging this into a vendetta. If you could restructure their VIP program, how would you do it? What would you add that isnt all ready there?
 
I got the email today. Didn't know there was a promotion. Went and read up on it on website and realized we were on day 2. Went to day 2 game and this is what I got.
Euros instead of Canadian dollars. Closed the game and moved on.

Isn't that just a preview picture of the game? I have the exact same picture and am in UK.
 
It is a picture preview of the game and as it is... Canadians can't play any of the slots in the promotion and since the prize is only for people from Europe... It only makes sense. What doesn't make sense is that we even got that newsletter when we can't participate in it!

I too received the email a few days after the promo started. It is not rocket science. The Email clearly stated in bold " From 28.7 till 13.8" which is clear no matter how poor your English is.
Clicking the link provided you are met with the page containing all relevant information including a very clear list of the dates and its corresponding offer of the day.
For me it appears that folk wish to be Nannied through the few steps it takes when the email and the link could not be any more clear.
The email even had four (4) links to the promo details! :rolleyes:
