Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing issues with netent slots lately timing out after a few minutes play? Every time I've gone to play one in the last few days I keep getting the message "slow internet connection" and the game then errors out and forces a reload. It is highly frustrating and is making the slots very unplayable. I've had this happen both at home on my wifi and on mobile 4G. If I switch to a different provider like Pragmatic or Thunderkick etc I have no issues at all.

hi yep the slow connection was out yesterday at several sites. no its not my connection.

Had a bit of slow play last few sessions across a few games, what games I canot say as I forget, best kept like that :) forgetting the games

In all fairness after taking into account what they have programmed in on there site they are doing a good job compared to most offer sites

@Dan them new games by that provider are terrible, tried and tested all of them on another site

I kept getting the same the last few days, loses connection, game unavailable, then you have to reload but it does seem to mainly be Netent.

More laggy as other's have posted but was able to get them loaded and somewhat play.

Next question do you want to say just push a wrong button or oooops drop money in my account?:p:D
 
I got stuck at DOA fs round, 1 spin left, 3 days ago, another casino. They had to end it manually (but I am not sure I should get only 5.09 since I already had 4.88 and all those wilds before last spin). :cool:

So it must be a problem from Netent and nothing to do with VS.
 
Hi, not trying to knock VS but recently all we have heard is negative, Games playing poor, very little rewards, lag and errors,

But now I am receiving spam emails, and its not just from VS. I thought it was fair to point out to VS so they can get on top of it

Dan, (or anybody else in the know) - can you tell me why Videoslots doesn't offer games from Blueprint under the provider tab? It's all blank so I presume restricted for the UK? I quite like playing the game 'Ted' and can happily play it at other UK sites, so what's the deal here?


Also - age old question - are you any closer to securing a deal with Novomatic to host their games?

We hope that we will be able to release more titles from Blueprint and we have been chasing them for a while to be able to do this. I will have exact dates for more Blueprint games next week hopefully. The reason why it isn't live in UK yet is that we are waiting on the provider to finish the testing from their side, this should be fixed at the same time as when we get the rest of the titles live.We do also have some new Merkur games coming in the future and it is nice to see that people are enjoying these titles. Some of the new games we will release is El Torero, Frutinator and Eye of Horus.

I do not have any news yet regarding Novomatic but I hope to be able to share something soon. :)

This is a small update on the lag reports that we have received during the weekend.

We think we have located the source of the issue and it is a third party provider who moved our DNS from Europe to another continent and this resulted in delays when a player was playing a slot. Our tech team are right now working on solving the issue.

Hi sorry if this has been asked before, I had a quick look but couldn't find anything.
For a while quickspin games like sakura fortune were doing bonus coins to collect and enter bonus rounds. These have disappeared and I just wondered why.

ok yup it does work. I did try it before I posted and there was a delay in the slot loading so I thought it was still having problems

It *definitely* isn't fixed.

Gonzo's Quest - mobile, Google chrome, Vodafone 4g.

DOA - mint Linux, Firefox, virgin media broadband.

This afternoon and evening, both have given me "game unavailable, reload" on multiple occasions.

There is literally zero in common here beyond netent and Videoslots.

Good morning Dan. It appears that The Baron slot is available in the UK because I have just played it. The other two are absent from my options.
I presumed that I would be able to access none of them as an option so how have I been able to play it? Do I get the related rewards for playing it as a UK resident?
