I contacted the support 2-3 times and every time the said that they have much to do so it takes time,or they are working on processing my withdraw now.

Hi Slotaholic,

I am sorry for the delayed response from me on this matter but it took us a while to find out what the issue was. We did first think that the issue was with Skrill but we realized after doing the investigation that it was an error on our side and not Skrill.

So players who played two or more slots at the same time with a low balance got affected by this error and the withdrawals got stuck. We have now released the withdrawals to all affected players and we are sorry for the delay.

Our tech team is right now working on a fix for this and we hope it will get resolved as quick as possible.

The password should work on different devices, just make sure that you do not copy it from the e-mail but manually type it in. If you have done three failed login attempts the account will be locked, so there is no unauthorised person trying to access it. If the account is blocked, you can contact our Support and they can open it for you again.

I had this problem a while back. For me, the issue isnt authorization, that process is expected, but loosing access to even request the withdrawal leaves a sour taste. Understandable if your a new member but a long term customer should retain full access to those functions whether their using a new card or not. Unfortunately, it appears the system conveniently takes that right away from you in these circumstances. In a normal world businesses generally try to assist and cater for the customers needs, however this aint the normal world.

Another thing that really sh*ts me and most places do it is dropping money into your playing account when any issues arise. Again, in a normal world there would be a conversation and you'd work towards a solution. Not in the casino world, its drop it in there and see ya later. Good luck getting that out again.
