They can reset it in some circumstances so you can withdraw to any method again. Hopefully they do this, I had an MBNA card closed a few years ago for having a credit balance due to a refund being paid back fully to my card rather than part card part bank. They refused point blank to reconsider, just said it was against their terms and conditions, so be careful!

One of the few things I think VS's do wrong, it doesn't have to be done this way and is a pain in the arse at times not being able to select which method you want :(

No, it's not going to be rejected, just because it is fully paid. A matter of fact, you can put the money into your credit card account even though the balance is zero.

Let's say your credit limit on the card is 5k, and your balance is zero at the moment, and you put the 1k into the credit card, it will show as 1k in credit in your account and the available balance is 6k.

And you don't need to worry about the huge jackpot winning. I think the rule is different between jackpot winning that is more than 50k and non jackpot winning. Anyway if you win the jackpot on microgaming, as far as I know, microgaming pay you directly into your bank account.

Does anyone know why the time has been keep changing in every Saturday to Sunday in the last 4 weeks at Videoslots? It is like back 1 hour in one week then forth in the next week.
I guess it is due to the differences between Daylight Saving Times change dates, but I think it should not be a problem for 4 consecutive weeks.

It is rather annoying, because of the starting time of the battles changes every week.

That last segment would put a blow on a load of dodgy rule's casino's. Reason being you be lucky to see a penny if broke rules on alot of sites so MG paying straight to your bank :eek: The bad casino's would be going of there rockers

Now I no longer play at Videoslots, you start to appreciate how quick they really are with their withdrawals. Made a withdrawal at another casino some 7 hours ago and if this had happened at Videoslots it would have been on its way to me now. Instead it sits there pending and reversible with chat refusing the flush it.

Dan, if you ever change your T's and C's and let players reopen their accounts after they request a closure of it (not because of gambling problem reasons), then let me know and I'll return.
 
I noticed the new cashout method for us too (citadel) is processed much quicker on the site than previous. Before my cashouts were reversible for many hours even up to 12 hours. Now its processed sometimes within 20 mins to an hour. Thats just an approx because I dont watch it closely but I notice it way faster. And again, since it free of fee's (so happy about that) I dont mind waiting the extra time it takes to hit the bank.
 
In the middle of playing Gemix and it crashes down. I was finally able to get back on after about 15 min. I went from world 1000 and something with point balance to world one and no balance! I went on chat and apparently PlaynGo was doing maintenance. Thanks for the warning! :mad::mad: Hopefully they can fix mine sooner then later. It took me a year to get that far.

PlayNgo had problems on all casinos, and it went down without any notice from them. They would usually never do any maintenance on the weekend. I am sure that your levels get restored, please feel free to contact me if you wouldn't get your levels back.

Mine is back to being diabolical and it has been that way for over two weeks. Not having to pay the $29 fee is great but I'm still waiting for my withdrawal to appear in my account. The big Viking Runecraft win was very late on Thursday and I got the approval an hour or so later on Friday. Hopefully by the 5th business day (Thursday the 11th) it will appear.
 
My last cashout took 11 days so you may have to wait a bit longer

Anyways people keep your eye out if you are surpassing level 20. There is a glitch in the system that isnt awarding players once they hit level 21. I finally hit mine and got nothing. I told support and they looked into it and came back and said something is wrong and they will fix it.

Hi there and thanks for the 100 freespins on rooks. I would like to make a suggestion if you dont mind.

I think when people finally make the massive amount of wagering to complete this level, you give the player a different type of bonus that isnt revolved around complete luck with a small chance to win because the bets are 10 cents therefore controlled how much the player can bet.

I think because its such a massive milestone a better reward should be given. A possible free chip like $50. Or $100 with wagering or even a kind reload bonus. This way a player can enjoy it instead of being forced to play a game on min bet that they may not like. Especially if the person has bad luck and wins like $3 after all that.

I did however enjoy my reward because I won $30 that is wager free so its not too bad and its a game ive never played really. But I can see how many players might be highly disappointed by the reward given.

Hi interlog,

It have been the same reward behind lvl 21 since we created it. The players who already where over lvl 21 received the reward anyway so everyone have been treated the same way.

Yep. I meant if you were to change it going forward. You are sort of stuck, in my opinion, with these rewards in order to treat everybody (old and new) the same. Only those rewards not unlocked yet (maybe level 1000 or so - I don't know) you can improve for the benefit of everybody because everybody will then benefit from it providing they have wagered sufficiently of course.

Since I can't edit my post anymore. I'll post my update here.

Now I know the reason why Canadians can't play on this provider. The reason is it part of the "Novomatic Interactive". GRRRRRRRRRRRR... We can't even play them in land based so you would think for online that there shouldn't be an issue. FML. :/

I doubt I am anywhere near it as £70 went straight through but I would be interested to know anyway. Oh and can someone give me a little sprinkle of luck, mine seems to have run off underground scared and just won't rear it's head again :D
