First days 13th - 15th Videoslots launched Citadel, there was some of the withdrawals had to be redone manually and sent via the old method. So if your withdrawal was sent via the old method it would been arriving today or tomorrow. Going forward Citadel should be a much better and faster alternative.

Another withdraw was denied because you guys didnt give them the proper info. This is getting a bit much. I shouldnt have to go on live chat every couple of days to try and figure out why my withdraw wasnt completed properly. Also, I do not appreciate them trying to place blame on me. They are anything but free. Yes it is very possible to get lucky. I have deposited a £20 and qualified for a weeks freerolls,been well up on the deposit and went on to win a modest amout from those freerolls. I usually play it back.
However VS is a business. These battles would not be offered if the grand picture was not an increase in profits and traffic. As for the trophies we are constantly trying to improve these and offer plenty of rewards to our players. If you tend to play the same games and have reached a certain level, then you may feel that you do not see many rewards. This is until you get the next trophie which at times can be hard, but hopefully worth while. Playing various games might get you more rewards but this is something only you can decide. If you have completed all the rewards then you can reset them and hopefully earn all the trophie rewards again.

I think you made a mistake there with the Max Bet: €5. This is low variance game with low max win, a clone of Pollen Party actually that has Max Bet: €250, isnt it?
