I talked to support and after explaining it a few times they figured out it was broken and asked if I would send them a screenshot of the error which I did. I did have to direct them to the battle lobby and explain that nobody was spinning and people commenting in the battle about it. So they stopped asking me to switch browsers finally haha

Awesome. I like the Gamomat games... HOWEVER! I see an issue with the picture you have shown for Roman Legion. It is incorrect because that picture is for the other version of that game where you can play up to 20 lines and the format of it looks like WMS Colossal Reels.

That version... The one I want to see on Videoslots is "Roman Legion Extreme" and the current picture that is used says this name for the 5 line one which is not correct!

You need to ask support to tell the tech team to deactivate any old cards and verify any new ones. I had this issue all the time and after many months of this annoyance they figured it out and I never have an issue anymore until I have too many on my profile and then ask support to do the above.

Some of them will say they see no issue but you need to press them on this. there were some times I had to wait like 5 days to get it sorted because they couldnt find the issue. So you need to give them the exact directions or else they will do a whole lot of unneeded work that takes forever.

Everytime you deposit this method I highly suggest going right to support and asking them to deactivate them it will get the process going so by the next time it will work.

Just a side note, google what stores you can buy paysafe cards in your area. If you use them you never have to verify them or have these issues because its not an actual card, its a receipt with your code on it that you enter on the banking screen. And just to add, these can only be bought with cash/debit but its by far the best way to go on VS

Its the issue i explained. The situation he/she explained is exactly the issue I had for awhile. And it was always too many cards registered. Always. They made me wait days thinking it was the payment processor when it wasnt.

I would try and deposit and it would give me the error. I would go to another site and it would work fine.

They need to be fully de-activated and verified by your system. Even if it says verified on the persons page they need to be deactivated. This happened to me once or twice a week for many months.

Hopefully Canadians visit this thread because it looks like some very good news. The last 2 cashouts that have been sent to me I have been charged $0 in fees by my bank. The new processor they are using is citadel and for whatever reason, the bank is not recognizing them as an international wire transfer.
