Stop with the over verification of documents. Its so absurd. I usually update any info once or twice a month to any casinos that need it and do it all at once. And not surprisingly the only casino that rejected my one thing was videoslots. 4 other casinos accepted it, ecopayz and instadebit.

I do LOVE having to send in every single prepaid card. And low and behold I lost one and now I have to write and send them an affadavit.

Ive deposited thousands in your guys casino over the last little bit I should not have to wait months for any type of answer. When I take the time to go and tell your casino that your automatic withdraw page is not correct for Canadians and warn them it will be refused, they should probably listen. Not just tell me it will be fine. Because sure enough it was refused. I think I had to wait another week to get my money and then I was charged like an Extra $50 or $60 because of my bank charging a refusal fee

I know and VS know there ID payment shit is a bin, Its ridicules, I deposit by card than skril, i than ask for another Id verification when use card but go depo again and one of my old card pops back up along with the card I use, Also I go add details when ask and ad wrong number and goes red. Seems pretty hypocritical considering I always read posts of you complaining of never winning and everything else.

I also think its pretty extreme you saying you are embarraased Im Canadian over this.

Im not trying to throw my weight around at all. I just state how much I deposit because I think when you risk alot of money, it should matter when you have been ignored for over a month. It might be a little distasteful though but ive seen alot worse

Its fine. Im sure I am obnoxious sometimes. But honestly, I try not to throw around money unless I am fed up. You have to remember this has been going for over a month. And even though $50 is a small amount, I am the type of person that wants to be treated fairly. So its usually after a long and exhausting process where I start reaching back and throwing things out there.

I also dont mean to throw around that Im VIP and I dont really think I have. But if I did, I only state it because either im proud of it or I feel im being treated like crap and to let others know that VIP in such in such casino is not worth it. Maybe save some people the hassle.

I guess by your post, ive been annoying you for awhile. I def have not meant to do that and I dont think ive done anything serious enough to deserve such a post and insults.

Might I suggest you PM the person next time. Especially if they are Canadians. We have to keep up the reputation we are always super nice and never argue. :D

Personally I'm glad the post was made. Its ok seeing post after post about how great xx casino is, but I want to know what they are like when theres a problem. I think videoslots customer service is terrible compared to many others, yes Dan tends to sort things out fairly quickly but you shouldn't have to message a rep to get a problem sorted, it should be sorted without that. They are very good at some things , but customer service isn't one. Seeing how a VIP has to wait for over a month to get a reply, let alone problem sorted tells me what they would be like for a non VIP. I like to see complaints so I can see how quickly they are sorted, every casino has complaints, not every casino sorts them out easily & quickly, VS being one.

On a normal working day it should max take between 24 - 48 hours. Some cases can take longer time if 3rd parties are involved. But customers should get updates every 48 hours I think. I find it very sad when I read about some customers issues which has taken this long to get solved at VS. However I know that the top management is not finding it acceptable either.

Its required to match first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers plus to verify that the owner of the card is the same as the owner of the account.
 
Your missing the point, if you don't have access to the card number, how can you verify the numbers on the scan match the numbers on the card that was used?

The most important is to match the cardholder to the account. With the PCI level VS is on currently, they can save first 6 and last 4 card numbers. But not the full card number. That is why its required to hide the middle card numbers when uploading a document on a card.

Dan is there any way to change to betsizing on energoonz? When im low I cant play it because the bets go from .20 then to straight to $1. ..something in between would be nice either .40 or .60

I think they're the same. Could just be that Energoonz came out first. I personally find Golden Ticket play a bit slower, plus it is kind of hard to see what's on the board when the reels drop.

I think VS is doing payments to e-wallets 2x / hour. If you withdraw at xx:29 or xx:59 you will have the money in your account in 2-3 minutes. :D

Also i got the feeling that up to $1,000 they are done automatically for KYC'ed players. Big withdrawals need extra authorization and take a little longer, well that is at least what i experienced. Of course, it can be also just a few minutes if you contact Dan or Kenny. :D

Flux has been terrible to me. Even the bonus round are pretty bad. This slot drained my quite badly

Wizard of gems is okay. Nothing huge though and not that appealing

Golden ticket is like energoonz. It can be fun and pay.

Yeah just forget cloudquest. I dont know why I wandered outside of it either because in every battle ive ever played its been just awful..even the bonus rounds are really bad.

And yup I agree about the troll hunter game, really terrible graphics in my opinion.

I prefer energoonz over golden ticket because I like the blue ball of lightning or whatever it is. Looks cool!

No good story to report aside from spectra looks to be able to dish out some biggies. Ive hit a few 700x in battles on it so I may have used all my luck up already.

Ill probably try a handful of new ones tomorrow. I wont play any of the providers Harry reported were shit though cause it seems I would just be donating money away. Mostly slots from playngo, big time gaming, yggdrasil, red tiger I will stick with.
