All card payments are currently handled by our payment provider Wirecard. No card details are stored with us. We use a reference number instead. With the reference number we are able to do quick deposits. However we can only redo a previous deposit, that is why you cannot change the amount. Same goes for withdrawals, it is handled by reference number, so you need to have deposit with the card to be able to withdraw to it as we can only send payments to a card we have the reference number on. We are currently working on upgrading our PCI certificate, with this our payments with cards will be more flexible. I have no time frame for this yet.


We are currently also having some technical issues with withdrawals via Ecopayz.

thanks dan for the heads up for ecopayz...i was wondering why my withdrawal wasn't taking the usual 2 minutes to rcv.

And today, I found out that I didn't receive email from Videoslots for my casino race. The players are not allowed to get the casino race winning and cashback during lock out time? It that is a case I want to unlock my "lock out" to get my cash back at least.

I guess that a lock out is a proper lock out including accessing all of the site and not receiving communication from the casino.

When I want to take a week's break from making a deposit / gambling, I set a deposit limit that I already reached for one week. That ensures you still have access to the site, get to the cashback and race winnings and still can play the free roll battles (if you qualified of course).

When an account is locked we do not send any e-mails, the money will get paid out during the locked period and is available when the account has been opened. If you have self-excluded, however, the funds will not get paid to the account automatically.

Just a small criticism here Dan. When sending out free spins on Tuesday and they are on Netent, an alternative should be given to countries that are restricted from playing Netent. I never win anything on these free spins but that's not the point. Next Casino and Casino Luck always send out an alternate slot that other countries can play. Many other casinos will do that as well or apply a bonus $ amount to your account.

Like I say, not a huge deal but it would be nice to be included in these things when I deposit on a regular basis here.

Is anyone else still waiting for a problem to be resolved from from the weekend when there site had tech errors a couple weekend ago.

I was in a middle of a feature when site went down and when site came back on line my bet in play was gone. I still had around 15 free spins in the feature was playing buffalo blitze.

Cant say happy with support even though there reply's were friendly they have not been keeping me informed and its me always contacting them and they just tell me they will get back asap or it will take a little longer that was 10 days ago. Whats does a little longer mean? a few days? weeks? years?

I did contact Dan last Thursday he did contact support and said support will get back to me but I haven't heard nothing since Friday after again I sent a email to support. Nothing against Dan he awesome and all my contact has been through email support.

One thing for sure it does show you be cautious about leaving on auto play and leaving as If I did this I wouldn't have known I had a feature bet in play. It might be rear that this problem could happen but I do not walk away leaving on auto play anymore.

Thanks Dan this is the first time that Im being to told its from Playtech's side and players need to cautious playing there games as like I said I wouldn't know of this if I left on autoplay and walked away and at first support tried telling me that the I had no feature and all bets paid out but I insisted that wasn't the case. So players beware....Hope Playtech can resolve this and looking forward to hearing back.

Playtech should be taken down from all sites as they claim they cannot track a bonus round and pay the player what is owed. This happened to me twice on slotsmillion. Slotsmillion gave me $200 last week for my disappearing great blue bonus where playtech said they can see I triggered the bonus but cant track it.

This is completely irresponsible and unethical on playtechs part.

I hope they can magically find out what you are owed.

I would also like to repeat that videoslots back end staff need to be retrained or more hired. The complaints are becoming incredibly frequent where complaints arent being addressed or responded to for a long time if ever. If it wasnt for Dan, I feel we would need to send 2-3 emails a day to put pressure on them to give an answer

So I find - AFTER making a deposit.

This is on top of the issue we discussed with my DOA reward which was resolved slowly, after being chased (thanks for your assistance with that though Dan) and prevented me from accumulating a couple of thousand spins towards new achievements.

VS was reliable and rock steady before. Any issues were fixed usually same day but now.. ?

Havent really paid any attention to the level stuff or rewards really because I dont find any of it pays off. freespins are a few cents here and there and the battles you barely even place for money. But Just noticed that the level 21 thing looks really hard. Hopefully people dont play like crazy to achieve this unless the prize is big which I assume it is. Is it like $200 free chip and reload bonuses and freespins once you get there? Must be amazing since it looks like you need to wager a few hundred thousand dollars to get it

Yeah Im not sure what games. Gonzo min coin bet is .30 I think? So I guess a game with the same value. But who knows. Maybe vikings go berserk or wild. I noticed when I needed to be comped something thats the games they gave me. .25 betsize
