Ok so since I really started playing on videoslots a few months ago. i would like to leave my review here.

As many of you know, Im a pretty seasoned gambler and know many casinos pretty well. So here is what I think of this one.

#1. Deposits and constant verification of prepaid cards are a terrible policy. I mean, really bad and annoying. It discouraged me from playing here for a year. I dont see the need for this as no other casinos do this.

#2. Cashouts are processed well

#3. The rewards scheme of cashback and race is something that I enjoy. Wager free and all that lovely stuff. And since alot of casinos I see and are apart of offer pretty much nothing, anything is good these days.

#4. Battle of the slots is really great. When you are low on money and want to play, you can still play assuming you are qualified. And have a chance atwinning some money without depositing.

#5. Deep Support here is probably 2/10. They dont respond, they dont fix your issues. I find this with the tech department and financial. Awhile back when I made a cashout. I told them they need more banking details from me or my bank wont accept it. They assured me its fine. So they processed it and low and behold my bank refused it and I was charged like an extra $50 because of this. I spoke to Dan about getting compensated and he passed it along. I never heard anything. That was at least a month or two ago. The casino should have fully reimbursed me as this was 100% their fault.

#6. Front end support is good here. They know their stuff. I wish they would be a little more personal but whatever not a big deal

#7. Dan, the rep here is awesome. Easily the best rep that any casino has ever had and he alone increases the rating of the casino. If it wasnt for him id give videoslots a 6/10. because of him I would say 8.5/10.

#8. Awesome game library. All the games you could ever want to play. I think just MG casinos are behind in times and need to catch up. I see GoWild is becoming a multi platform, I think the rest really need to do the same.

All around. Pretty good casino. And I hope they take my suggestions seriously because the parts I touched on, need some attention

I concur with Lockinlove's experience with a bank transfer. I also had mentioned to chat that there was additional info required or the bank would refuse it. It got refused and ended up costing me an additional $40. This was an error made on chat's side and I was told that I should have just transferred it to Ecopayz like I always have. Anyway, this is a while ago but I just wanted to confirm Lockinlove's experience.

VS just lowered Bonanza max bet to 10! Low for a min bet of 0.20.

My take on this is that this is unethical. You can't just lower max bet twice and not min bet, especially when min bet is 0.20. Its like you say to players "yes I want you to lose your money quickly but God forbit if you ever win big"!

DOA has 0.09 min, 18 max limits. Bonanza is suposed to have higher potential/variance. I say this now because I can see max bet dropping to 5 or 4 or even 2, but don't see any intention to lower the huge 0.20 min bet. Pleyers not losing their money fast enough?

On the subject someone brought up about verifying your card this is one of the reasons I don't play more at Videoslots because it's such a pain to verify and I feel it's unnecessary I have other casinos I know if I win I will just withdraw my winnings and have no issues.

A few people had that error. i think the solution was to delete/remove all cards from your profile (done by CS) and start afresh. Not sure though as i never use cards.

i cant delete cards as Videoslots do not store them by the looks of it as they ask for the full number everytime or there seems to be no option to delete as my old card is still visible even after 6 months expired

No but they are stored somewhere in their system and those records were deleted by CS IIRC. Sorry that my brain lets me down exactly now and i can't remember 100% what was done at the time.
