Extend it those that were effected rather than open the floodgates and let all and sundry come in (ie those that haven't made a deposit or played during the effected period) giving everybody else less a chance of winning and overloading the servers.

Talking about servers - make about 40 spins then it disconnects to a white page. Refresh a couple of times and you're back in. Not great at all and doesn't make for a pleasant playing experience.

all of us who works in some Company know what it does mean having serious issues with IT - does not matter how good is your product and your management - you are in the hands of IT people and you don't know how long it will take.

the ones suffering the biggest damage from this situation is VS itself since no play / no revenue/incomes.

Sorry you feel that way. I personally love the cashback and race. I've had few weeks when I've had very good sessions from small deposits, then a nice cash drop on Monday from race and on top of that cashback on Friday.

I have ranked 1st a couple times in the Race and its takes more then €20 deposit and some luck. You need to work hard to be able to finish first and yes there have been weeks where i would receive CB close to €300 and i am not even VIP which doesn't even matter to me .
