A few days ago it took 45 mins to get a txt, today, 3 attempts to deposit around 3-4 hours ago, I didn't get any txt yet.

I didn't close my Neteller account yet, so I used it for deposit, but I don't like using Neteller, so I really appreciate if you can do something about it.

Maybe you can send Verification code to both TXT and email, or get rid of verification will be the best, or ask the player to set the password that is different from log in password, maybe 6 digit numbers or something like that, and use it as a verification.

So we have increased the number of winners but also if you look on the overall in the top that the increase is improved. But your feedback is good, and I will bring it to our management to consider next time we do increase.
