I can not see the Christmas Calendar only if I go to news and updates no were on home page. Is this for everyone?

Being in Canada there are days we can not participate as some games are restricted but Canada not listed as restricted for trophy's as other country at least for today.

I think if a casino allowing us to play then the Christmas calendar should be games that we all can play. After the kick in the ars re netent games not Videoslots fault I do feel we r being left out again. This not a deal breaker for me and will not discourage me from playing just making a comment. I love this site and should be casino of the year again.

Maybe Im overlooking something if so correct me.

I don't think that any of the games on the calendar are Netent games unless I missed something?

Every day the Christmas Calendar is updated, and we release the new riddle for the day. This can be found in the Latest News section on your home page or in the News and Updates section.

We have made sure that all participants not on the excluded list are able to play all the games in the Christmas Calendar, and would not put a riddle for a game banned in Canada or any other for that matter.

This has been quite a tricky issue to get round but we are doing our best to make sure that we try and satisfy each and every one of you.

I was told that was fixed months ago, when I complained about the same thing, I haven't deposited since with my card though so wasn't sure if it had been. Its annoying as hell. I don't always have my card with me, nor do I ever carry my 'casino' phone with me, and no chance of me giving any casino my main number. So if I'm out and have time to spare a casino gets the deposit who stores the card details.

Still doing it mate, Real annoying. I would not like to think the amount of deposits they lost due to this. But its not once it every bloddy time you put card details in and thats like every other deposit IF its the same amount. Just checked back and this is what I was told in September

We have investigated this and might have found the cause for this issue. Your next deposit should be a regular deposit where you have to enter all information and verify via SMS, but the one after should be a quick deposit. So please send me a message if this problem persists after two deposits and we will keep looking for the cause.

Just a tip for a quick fix for the above issue with storing card details. If you are using the web browser Chrome, you can store your card in Chrome and then use it during your deposit at Videoslots and many other websites.

They have missed minimum $20,000 in deposits over the past year from me because of their annoying practices. I would estimate they lose well over $100,000 because people dont want to deal with these hassles.

You can keep saying it but they wont listen. Many people have complained and nada.

20k just that your not put in? I do not know where you plugged the 100k from but if your saying they missed that 20k of you than my guess is that its well over the deuce amount mentioned there lost,

There a top class out fit with some if not the best reps going, just a few small bits that need sorting that would make a huge diffrence including more revenue for them selfs,

Just a quicky to say how happy I am with VS over the last couple of days!

You may be able to do a quick deposit many times, IF the amount is the same as previously deposited.
But in order to deposit a different amount, you have to re-enter your card detail, then wait up to 15 minutes for an sms.

And even then the quick deposit list doesn't change to reflect this new amount.

In fact I think I have 4 visa cards listed in my quick deposit list (2 of which have expired) Which constantly show the same deposit amount.
If I use Neteller (which I do, 95% of the time) I can enter any amount, and my security code, and that's it done
