I came 4th.
When I was playing I was only 100 points ish behind leader with 35 spins left.
It gave me 2 crap wins and ended 1 point behind 2nd place.
Someone must have come on later and got 1st or 2nd.
Got 75 though so cant complain

I got same how come despite i deposits regular and made tons of big deposits in my past that i only get the lower offer like you? PS offer not even that good so many spins to go trough on horrible starburst at lowest 0.10. Why not make them superspins at £1? also states in terms winnings is 40x wager requirements disappointed about that as very high though free spins came with no wager.

However..........over the last weeks my luck has certainly been out here. I've deposited hundreds (maybe £2k-£3k) with no cash outs whatsoever.

Last night was a point in case with over £450 deposited and not one bonus round triggered across the 4 or 5 slots I played! I guess I bet relatively high at £1.00 to £3.00, but this money was gone in less than 30 minutes. I very rarely complain as I know the outcome is determined by the slot providers, but I went on to CS anyway to ask what their view was and maybe get a feel as to what my RTP was. The response was a little disappointing as the agent's attitude was "I can't do anything about it, so what do you want me to do?"

I realise that he can't in fact do anything about it, but I would have hoped for a bit more empathy for a customer who deposits so much.

Maybe I'm trying to force things a little at VS, but this seems to be the one casino for me, that everyone seems to have, where i can't get anywhere at the moment. I would say that last night's session was the worst I've had at any on line casino over 5 years of playing almost daily.

Same here, when I first started on VS I think it was dry for me in a few months deposited almost 4K, but then the best run I've ever had was when I lost a 2k withdrawal, from a 30$ deposit, just because I couldn't wait for the verification for my e wallet withdrawal. After a few days I deposited 100$ and For almost 6 days straight playing. 6 hours a day after work, I've almost cashed out never went down. That week gave me a total of 10k withdrawal. :) u gonna get it. Just know ur slots, and when to stop

Yes, I've had similar before when you lose and lose and then it suddenly turns round. I'm hoping the same with VS eventually, it's just that this current spell is particularly bad, especially last night.

Yeah not really good i had one email for 1st december and it clearly stated would get info each day but not had any informations since. And nothing at videoslots website. I wish it had been more simple and nice from Videoslots could expect from well the best casino out there and highest rated :) They already give a lot out free and have those battles and weekly free spins so i am not really moaning in this regards. :thumbsup:

Yes, we added Ebay also since not everyone could use Amazon, we don't mind to give out to Ebay if that is what the winner wants. My Colleagues told me that I wasn't clear enough when I gave everyone on CM some inside information what the rewards would be if you collected all of the six days. But can assure you that most of those who complete will get the voucher.

Have some faith, and we will see what happens, and we will always make sure that everyone feel happy if a misunderstanding have been made. In the end its most important that you guys are happy :)

I think you would struggle with ebay vouchers, I have nether seen them for sale :confused: I buy and sell alot on there
 
I'm pretty certain you can't buy ebay gift cards either, I've certainly never seen them in the 15+ years I've been selling on there. I know ebay send them out at times to people, and possibly businesses do get the chance to buy them, but its not something I've ever seen.

Yes we contacted them as a buisness and it was possible to do something with them! :) So that was great news for our players that cant use Amazon.

I think that part of the problem is that there are so many casino's now with so many offers that have terms that require a concentrated read through before making a decision that it will result in only the determined and/or loyal to benefit from the deal.
An example is that anyone who sees a list of requirements and sees "Anyone who has deposited between 1st and 6th will get..." will think "shit its already the 3rd I will not bother" or simply find things too complicated or bothersome to get involved.
Simplicity has gone from this years offers which only benefits the casino or the determined and deep pocketed.

I think most christmas promos are stupid as hell.

Add more cash to the rake race or cashback if you want to actually give back.

I will never play a game to chase some stupid free spins or crappy $2 voucher on a game I probably dont like or care for...and possibly lose $100 in the mean time. These promos benefit the casino and no one else.

It is one of only six games from red tiger gaming lol,

I made 200 wins today on one of them, YES 200 and Max win was just over 50x :eek: I was still in 300% profit but there not the best games

Do the games in free rolls play different than in money mode?

Anytime I play those games I dont play in the freerolls. I hit tonnes of freespins...4 scatter triggers...retriggers...and they play well.

Then I try them in money mode and every time they play different. Hundreds of spins no freespins...bad rtp etc
