Keep in mind most deposit bonuses are paid in increments of 10% or they have been in the past with me but I only ever have taken 2 in my whole time playing here.

I noticed that during my play I earned some free spin rewards but I can't get to these because they don't activate on mobile devices.

So I asked support if they can reinstate the rewards and make them valid till I am back in the UK

I was surprised that the answer was that this is not possible. To me, if you put your mind to it anything is possible.

Playing at he level that I am, rewards don't get dished out as often than when you just start so for them then to be lost like that is very frustrating.

I earned 10 spins on Southpark that is not even available on mobile. I also earned 30 on Book of Dead but they don't play out either.

I only found out about the rewards through a desktop browser I have on my phone so that I have access to all facilities of the website. However this browser doesn't have an up to date flash hence I can't play the free spins on them either.
