I think the point is you MUST have knew this was coming, so why didn't you look into it 2 or 3 weeks ago. The freerolls are a type of bonus/benefit to playing on your site and you have just removed them for a load of players and not given anything in return. If you do manage to do something to allow Canadians to play the full amount of battles again, will the people who had qualified still qualify for the amount of time they had left or have they completed the wagering for nothing?
As for the comments by your customer service agents implying they should be grateful for the cashback/race winnings, thats completely disrespectful. You offer x rewards for wagering a certain amount, you should honour that not say 'ah well you have other stuff, so stop moaning' which is what it sounds like

It might be a large amount, but it is based on how much you played, and is exactly the same as everyone else gets in percentage terms.

There is, in my opinion, one fundamental flaw with Videoslots's reward logic (but I can see why they have done it that way!!).

You get rewarded well when you're on a winning streak. Lots of cashback and race points. But all of that money usually gets thrown back into the casino.

But there comes a tipping point when any profit is going to turn into a loss (as it happened with me this year). When you then need the "support" of the casino in terms of goodwill gestures all the previous rewards in the good times get mentioned. Not what you want to hear at that moment in time when funds are a little low.

Other casinos give cashback on losses. A second chance of recovering those losses. An opportunity to turn lower than expected RTP into higher RTP rather than Videoslots system of giving you cash to turn higher RTP into lower RTP.

For me, had I cashed out all my cashback and race money I would have at least halved my losses. But I (and I guess others) haven't. It gets played straight back usually with no withdrawal at the end of it.

It is either an error or the other alternative is that somebody won massive (like a 5,000+ x win) off the 25 x £0.90 spins that you get when completing all of the trophies which I have predicted before that'll be that then for that reward!

Yes, it is definitely a downgrade. The battle ticket doesn't guarantee anything and if you're in a rebuy battle you may end up spending more money.

At least with the 25 spins at 0.90 you had something like £10 out of it usually.
