I have just got through Level 72 at VS and put in some serious time / money in and out.

I still love Videoslots although I cannot quite put my finger on it - it feels a little lonely compared to some of the others. I have never really heard a word from my VIP manager. Where as some of the other Casinos, Platinum Play, 32red the VIP team are pretty much in touch every week with something to reward loyalty sending marketing stuff etc. VS is Efficient but soul less and lacks warmth. Having said the very few occasions I contact support - 9/10 it is handled super quickly.

I use my iPad for playing slots 99% of the time and I always miss out on the free battle tickets, fs and any other rewards that I get for moving up the ladder.. I have heard whispers from CS and I am pretty sure Dan has mentioned it some time ago that VS is in the process of upgrading their mobile platform so this will be very interesting to see how they adapt the current design! On one hand, currently it's so simple and without to many popups or flashy things going on which can be great for easy navigation and using fingers, with only a couple of clicks here and there but it means pretty much once I log on, it's rare I would even click through onto the menu/account/rewards tabs-I either go straight in and hit the deposit button or 'all games' and just start playing. Notifications would be great-for a variety of things including rewards like cashback or chips. The number of times my cashback drops during a game and I don't notice it's actually cashback and not a big hit I missed while autoplaying...
