There are right now an technial issue with all games we get via the NYX network, our and their tech team are looking in to this. Gemix seems to work as normal when I just tested it.

Update 21:46 CET. All games provided via NYX are now working again as intended.

Companies that are not based in Australia can not provide their costumers with Poli anymore. Poli will only be available for companies that are based in Australia so that is the reason why we had to remove it.

Bit of positive feedback for a casino I rarely venture into (no reasons other than I'm a bonus player most of the time)

My Razortooth winnings (£4ish) provided more game time than my last 3 deposits (at competitors sites) combined.

All i get showing up for all these games is ERROR: (7010) Invalid host
And if i log out and try them, it says not playable in my country
 
Just had a huge shock, VS has been my casino of chocie for a long time now, I play here 99% of the time, I made a deposit earlier today, got lucky within 100 spins but carried on playing for another couple of hundred spins, started to get connection errors so i thought i would cash out. Asked for money Via neteller which i has dozens of time before only for it to be denied, spoke to online CS and was told i must wager 1X my deposit, No this is a first for me. I think if every time i must wager 1X my deposit before i maye a cash out i will give up online Gaming.

Yes i understand it is in the terms and conditions but i am sure there are hunderds of people who hit big early and want to withdraw straight away. I was basically told that VS is not a bank, i eventually got my money sent as a 1 time deal according to CS.

I am sure this is not for regular players but for first deposits, anybody else been told this ???

Non-event Dean .... it is common rule for AML reasons and to cover the cost for the transactions (deposit/withdrawal) to wager your deposit at least 1x.

Some casinos are asking for 5x before they process the withdrawal free of charge, so VS is actually pretty good.

Nothing to be angry about, it has been like this for a long time.

This is crazy, if i go to a brick casino and deposit 1k in a machine or in a FOBT and win early they dont say you must play through your deposit. I normal deposit more than i wanna lose just so i have a bit of a bank roll.

I do not think there is a set rule for the x1 deposit amount but there is rules amount money laundering, There is of course the casino rule about the one time turn over and has been for years, Some do let you take out but charge a %, Why would you want to deposit say 500 spend 100 and take out a 1k? Just deposit like in 50's that way if you get an early win and want to take out than the choice is yours,
 
I did the $ 50 deposits, that in turn changed to $ 100. I refuse to deposit anymore money at VS, it's a money sucking pit hole. I left VPL because it was a easier format. At least VPL I was winning lots of money. Im furious with myself for getting caught up in their marketing. My gut never lets me down.

You sound very bitter and blaming a casino for your losses when your anger should be directed towards the slot providers of the slots that you played.

Maybe its time to take a break ? When we gamble and loose and it makes use feel so angry then thats usually a clear sign to take a step back for a time. I did for a week then had a deposit yesterday at 2 places - total disaster :eek: so the RTP gods it seems are still angry with me. But I dont blame the casinos - just question what happened to Mr Luck. And yes I was pissed off for around an hour but then decided another 2 weeks "holiday" :)
reduced all my depo limits accept i lost and know that another day will always come. Gambling online should be fun should be something to be enjoyed and when it makes you feel the opposite that "might be" telling you something. GL :thumbsup:

I agree. I havent deposited all week. I'm pissed off at myself and taking it out on the casino. Pissed off that I spent time on there everyday. In the scheme of things, 2790.00 over 4 months isn't a huge loss, but my brain kept saying...why am I not getting past $150.00? Something has to be wrong. I've grounded myself mentally. Set a budget, and will follow it. So what if I don't make much back in cashback and the races. At least I have followed MY rules.

Thats important setting your own rules and sticking within your own limits what ever they maybe. I dont ever get drawn in a promotions or offers based on multiple deposits rather anything that comes from my normal deposit / playing is a bonus. As great as VS is I would never chase to get higher up in the races i just take what they give at me every now and then.

Yes Slotmaster. Like Dan said, that feature is so valuable. It has saved my ass a lot of times. That is a big reason I stick with Videoslots -- if I lose big it is of my choosing -- not by mistake. I am a low roller so have my max set at 50 cents per spin which is the most I would ever bet. I have to commend VS for giving us that option -- I don't know of any other casino that does.
