Seeking a bit of help please re: Withdrawal/Depositing methods.. Having had tech difficulty I recently made more deposits using a couple of my (previously used and verified) bankcards so of course I was barred from a Skrill withdrawal and later blocked all together for verification.

Sorted the verification issue out (I think, chat was a tad confusing..) but obviously because of this annoying "majority' rule, I only have bank transfer allowed. However, chat said the preferred method can be changed to Skrill so long as I withdraw the entire balance--AND then that request must then also be approved (up to 12 hrs apparently) before that can actually get done. A few hours later, still pending. I have stuffed around with it a bit having had to cancel a couple, so I know this is partially my fault but I still think the entire system here really needs improving. Surely there must be a way to fix it-even its a one off thing that the WD method be switched for that moment after arrangement with support, letting blocked option be re-allowed temporarily in order to more quickly get the entire preferred method process over with! Don't get me wrong, understand rules and regulations..but gosh, it is so frustrating to have something like this crop up after hours of playing and money spent
